- Today im doing a quick and easy tutorial on how to Setup a AutoStart for Programs on any RaspberryPi this is done via the rc.local method.
Let me know if you want to see other methods of this as well.
rc.local - Likely the easiest and simplest way to get your program to run on boot. The downside is that tasks started with rc.local happen before the X windows system starts, which means you will not have access to graphical user interface (GUI) elements.

No problem
Do i have to place the program location and will it start every time I turn it on?
Thank you Scotty, I am new to PI world and I was asked to automate running iMacro every hour to login into a website and download a spreadsheet. The process works manually but I don know if Raspberry PI is able to schedule tasks or not. Can you help please?
use crontab -e
