This is exactly what a lot of women do. Guys will go on dating apps and after you’re paying for dinner/drinks with her, she’s meeting up with her fwb and getting her back blown out. These same women will say no hookups on their dating profile

Women constantly tell on themselves in their dating profiles. If they say no FWB/hookups that means they've done that in the past and are now trying to pivot. If they say no broke losers whose bed sits on the floor guess what it made it into their profile because that really struck a nerve and they've been down that road before.

Back in the day we called this "sloppy seconds". No self respecting man with a functioning pair of testicles will ever willingly accept it. Happened to me once when I was young and very inexperienced with women. In my case she was sleeping with an ex-girlfriend and I didn't find out until the end of our short time together. A few years later I bumped into her and she had put on about 100 lbs and looked like a train wreck. Bullet dodged.

Here's a line that my worst GF ever, used on me to keep me in orbit. "I need to keep my emotions under control" so she could move to NYC and follow her dream of being in the performing arts profession. This makes me sick. My wife came off at first as a good home-school Christian girl. She made me wait, like, 13 dates before we finally had sex. I normally wouldn't have the patience for that, but I felt like I had found someone pure. After we were married, she admitted to having one-night-stands and FWBs. I asked "why did I have to wait?" She said, "you're not FOR that." Now that we're divorced and she shredded me and spent two years trying to take my share of custody, after hearing my oldest (8yo) complain about her affair partner a few rooms over keeping him and his brother awake at night "fuck me harder!" I truly understand the gravity of that statement. Young men out there listening, educate yourselves fully. Avoid daddy-issues like its AIDS. If you DO ever tie the knot, you MUST have a pre-nup AND you better include language about sex in it because it WILL be used as a weapon. Women can do lasting damage without ever taking one swing.

I used to hang out at a neighbourhood university pub. I knew all the waitresses, one of their friends had just got back from a date with a fellow. She had met him on the Internet, he had been wining and dining her for weeks, taking her to nice restaurants and bringing her flowers. She would dress up nicely for him (in summer dresses). On this occasion she came to the pub after the date to update the girls, everyone was super happy for her, including me. I was feeling warm and fuzzy, young love. She then announced that she was going to step out to hook up with her fwb as he had just texted her, he lived nearby. No one batted an eye, like this was normal. 45 minutes later she came back, no one said anything. I was blown away that all these young girls thought this was OK. Me I felt super bad for the dude, went home, feeling awful.
I've had similar experiences where I observe how little they actually care or things they tell friends behind guys back.
One of many reasons I'll never completely fall for any of them again.

I once found out a woman I was really interested in had a FWB in 2012 and the same guy again in 2018, years before we met. It was hard but I instantly had to let her go. Of course being a woman she denied everything about the situation but I knew the truth. She gave herself to some guy for free but I was having to earn her love and respect. Needless to say I bounced and I have felt 100 times better since I left. FWB situations is low quality behavior.

I had a recent experience where I was talking to a girl I knew from work. We talked a lot & the conversation inevitably came up. No, I’m not talking marriage. She wanted to wait & have a relationship first. She told me that arrangement was a waste of time & she didn’t want to get hurt again. Ok, no problem, that’s understandable. Then, one day, she asks me “what would you say if I was seeing someone ‘casually’?” I was like, WTF??! Long story short, I cut that cord that same day & never spoke to her again.
I've been guilty of not cutting my losses with a woman that doesn't give any intimacy within a certain period of time, which is a huge problem with men in general. I've developed the mindset that if a woman doesn't give any form of intimacy after the first 2 weeks of meeting them without all that taking them out on dates, she's wasting your time MOVE ON immediately.

Yep. Men's linear logic and lessons ingrained by dad to "never give up" is what fucks them up in relationships because men look at women and relationships with them as a broken car or computer. "If I just to this, that will fix the problem" or "if I just fashion this with a welder, that will be the missing part I need." This assumes women are like a switch and you can turn her panties on and her tuna moist just by "working hard" or "showing effort." It basically *ignores* or *sidesteps* the fact that women have genuine sexual desire as well. If adults are into each other, there is not much reason to "wait" more than a couple dates or so. If your affection is not being reciprocated after a reasonable time then it never will be, or she is getting it somewhere else. Either way, cut ties and move it along.
That’s not true. Religious reasons exist. Men claim that they want high quality women with low body count or virgins yet expect women to give it up by date number two….doesn’t work that way buddy. This one goes the same level as the story of one of my ex colleagues' brother. My coworker could not believe himself how simping the brother would reach. I was potentially beta need before college where I was redpilled. Since then, I've been on the alpha seed side so many times that I decided marriage is a bad idea for men today, at least in the west.

I said marriage is a bad idea, not that it's a bad thing.
The fact that he's asking if its alright means he feels in his heart of hearts and in his brain that it's wrong and he doesn't want to be treated that way at all. But that modern society has taught him that feeling that way makes him just insecure and overreacting. So he's trying to get people to tell him that he's fine and normal for wanting to move on and leave her alone. He's waiting to react until it's clear he is justified in feeling that way and moving on.
And if he goes with his gut and leaves he can find better. But if he sticks with her. I give it 6 months maximum before she cheats even after they've become "exclusive"

Had a few exes that I mistakenly got with after going through similar circumstances and events. You can tell when a girl is really into you, and she definitely doesn't act like this. Had a couple of girls that were genuinely into me and it's so so much different, way more considerate, and the intimacy is great by comparison. Not indifferent. Literally had those same couple of exes almost get into fights because some guy or girl was inappropriate and/or hitting on them still after they said they were with me. And the ones I shouldn't have been with, well, they invited and entertained the attention even in front of me to various degrees way beyond what should be tolerated.
Learn boundaries boys, it's rough out there but if you know what you will or won't deal with and stick with it, you do find some good fun ones once and a while👍.

have a similar recent story. Girl I was seeing who wanted to "take it slow" was getting plowed by her fwb. She went radio silent after the third date where I at least got head. Waited a few weeks, reached out to schedule a date, and she's like "oh sorry I've been dealing with chlamydia". I had to ask multiple follow up questions to find out it was from a guy she was seeing at the same time as me. She didn't even have the courtesy to give me a heads up to get tested. thankfully it came back negative. I wish these were the olden times. An action like that would have been dealt with permanently by law if you know what I mean.

I’ve definitely been both. I’m 6’3 with athletic build but had a very blue pilled beta mindset in the past. You are a Gen X'er. Yes, it is safe to assume that the overwhelming majority of woman are doing this. I've kept quite a few women as FWBs. You have to assume the entitled "modern woman" is always looking for other men. While it is truly a sad state of affairs, I'd rather be the back door man than the boyfriend or husband. It's hard to say how many women are like this nowadays but a good portion of them it seems.

I’ve had girls I was seeing in the past that I found out had FWB’s. It bothered the shit outta me until I finally came to the conclusion that most single woman do. Some women even have more than one FWB that the call up at any given time. Young women do, middle aged woman do, hell… studies have even shown elderly woman in nursing facilities have quite a few FWB’s among residents. The point is that as uncomfortable as it makes you, it’s just the nature of woman to have them. Next time you’re on a dating site, just remember that probably 95% of those girls on there got some dude or dudes they be calling up.

However in my late 20s and into my 30s and I came to reorder my view of the world, I operate differently. The purpose for dating is to filter women to see if they are worthy of a long-term relationship, marriage, children, etc. with you. If you aren't looking for this, then don't date and just find your own FWB person. Your goal in dating is to look for any proof that she isn't worth or capable of being these for you. The moment you think it is more than likely that she isn't, you need to drop her and move on to the next woman. You don't have years to waste on someone who isn't worth your time, money, commitment.
The issues isn't that she isn't "allowed" to see other guys until some magical point that you have the exclusive talk. The "exclusive" thing is just a way for women to justify bad behavior. "We weren't exclusive." is just a cop-out. It's the fact is that she wants to see other guys until the exclusive talk and then wants you to believe that she is capable of turning off her sexual feelings for you while keeping them on for someone and then, because you say you are "exclusive" she's capable of turning them on for you and off for him. That is not relationship material. Either she is lying about having feelings for you and not him, or she's able to turn them on/off and choose to keep them off for you? Ignoring the first is far more likely, the second should be far more terrifying. What is stopping her from turning them off for you later? Why is she willing to turn them on for you now? Why didn't she want to turn them on later?
Make plans to end this and all contact with her. You aren't exclusive, so just "break up" via text, block her, and take steps to ensure she has no reason to see you again. Take some time to recover and when you are ready to date again and meet someone, actively look at other people (including dating), and set yourself an absolute limit in time, emotions, and money before she either asks to be exclusive or you know you'll end it. If a woman actually wants you, she should be asking to be exclusive and already getting others out of her life. You won't see that as long as you give wonderful dinners, days out, are her rock.
