    This video has got me rethinking my UA-cam presence. Recently I sold my carpet cleaning business that I've had for almost four years. Reinventing myself I'm going into flying commercial UAV. Thank you so much as I leaned just by watching this vid the more servos you have the more it can do... Lol

      Wow, Matthew.. would it interest you to know I was a carpet cleaner for many years as well in my younger days.. and transitioned into disaster services! Then, after many years of that.. eventually into UA-cam! I run several channels.. and this one, for over 10 years. You might like it.. lots of cool RC's that will make you say "WOW!" :) Enjoy bud.. and thanks for the comment. Good to see these older videos are still being enjoyed in 2019!

    That sort of thing is very software dependent. I'm guessing you could get it to do stairs, but you'd have to write a pretty well-tuned gait, and you'd need to add some sensors and computing resources to stabilize it.

    Wow that thing is like straight out of some Hollywood sci-fi flick! One thing I didn't see it do, and I wonder if it can: Rear up on it's hind 4 legs with the two front ones in the air waving up and down. That'd be nasty! With the right 'shoes' on those legs, this thing could climb out of those tank-traps in your latest hill climb vid. Peace. - Rob

    cheapo solution to the wires hanging and potentially getting caught on stuff-take drinking straws and glue them into place, run the wires through the straws. just a random thought that occured to me when you guys were talking about that.

  • @levi799
    @levi799 8 років тому

    Hi! I bought the servos and legs for this and have a servo controller. The problem is that the servos can handle only up to 7.2V and lithium batteries are usually 7.4V. Do you sue a voltage regulator? If so which one since they usually can't handle much current.
    Thanks.
