My sister was watching one of her shows and I caught Clark’s catch on my mom & dad’s 19” black and white RCA tv in the back room. I saw a lot of great events on that old tube. Woody Hayes’ meltdown. Miracle on Ice. A Nolan Ryan no-hitter. Reggie Jackson’s three world series HR’s. McEnroe v Borg.(first time). Indiana State v Michigan State. That was my heaven along with some Jiffy-pop.
The 2nd of 3 straight NFC title game losses for Dallas, who wouldn't get back to that game for another decade. Ironically, no one would remember "the catch" if Dallas didn't fumble on the ensuing drive. Clark scored with 51 seconds on the clock and Dallas got to about 15 yards from a field goal try before fumbling and sealing the 49er victory. I was 7 years old and cried. My parents laughed in my face, they were Redskin fans.
Can we Talk about what happened to the Niners just 11years later when both teams met again in NFC title Game when Alvin Harper caught a pass from Aikman in the 4th quarter and took it inside the 5 setting up 1rst and Goal which started the latest Cowboys Dynasty?
Ended Dallas dynasty and began 49ers dynasty? Not this game. Dallas lost three away NFC Championship Games in a row -- first Phila., second S.F., third Redskins. Those three games and especially the last ended the Dallas dynasty. I would assign the second (1985) 49ers SB win as the beginning of that dynasty.
Would you guys liek the see merchandise?? Lemme know your ideas for future videos as well!!! (Edit We Also Now Have 1080hz Quality!!! Hope Its Better)

35 to 3 is not a comeback. 🙄
@@BobKatLife idk what you're on
@ If you’re only down 3-0 and win by 35-3, it’s not a comeback, it’s a slaughter.
@BobKatLife dude u got it all wrong. They were down 35-3 and came back to win by the end of the game...
@ I know but that’s NOT what the caption says. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@ Better: “He coached a miraculous comeback after being down 35 to 3”
