I am a Hindu. I listen to Krishna Das over most other Indian songs because there is so much devotion. I want this devotion. In my heart I want to run to Krishna Das and hug him. I am a man but I am reduced to tears when I hear him sing and when he talks about Neem Karoli Baba. I am reminded of how I have wasted a large portion of my life by not including God in my life. God bless Krishna Das and all of Neem Karoli Baba's devotees.

I had a dream with Neem Karoli Baba this week. I don’t know very much about him, I’ve just started practicing for a few months now. He was behind me, inside a house of glass, and his face emerged from the darkness. I’ve never felt anything just by looking at his photographs. But after that, I was practicing listening to Hanuman Prayer and Shri Ram Jai Jai Ram, and his image came to my mind. I felt this strange feeling of reunion with him. Deep in my heart I knew his presence was with me all my life. Tears of joy started falling down my face. I felt love exploding inside me. All I could think about was “I surrender”. I was crying and laughing at the same time, so much that in the end my shirt was wet. I’ve never felt so much love nor anything like that in my life or during my practice. I used to be an atheist, but since I’ve started practicing, so many things changed inside me. KD’s voice seems to attract me into things I never thought I could experience. Wtf????
It is the magic of chanting, It helps open the heart space. Our sacred connection to the divine is revealed to us through the saints. In these days of great change, it is important to connect. Chanting the Lord's name is the easiest way. Neem Karoli Baba was a great saint and helped so many, he was deceptively simple on the outside, but a king in the inner realm. The collective vibration when the chorus and KD take on the words "Shree Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram", simply penetrates the deep layers of my awareness for some reason I have been unable to find out. Just elating... even to an atheist who saw how a feeling flows in many in so much synchronicity and harmoniously... pure joy!!!

Now my favorite lines are Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram. After hearing #KRISHNADAS ji, I really starting loving LORD Rama and Hanuman ji with more compassionately and devotion. Ive seen KD many times in vt n ny. Spoke with him intimately n always ask probing questions during audience qna sessions. I even touched his barefoot carefully knowing others did not. For me a man on a Lakota spirit path for 30 yrs the first time I heard kd chant the hanuman prayer, my heart exploded n I sobbed for an hour.
