@@jollykumari1768 not really, not every religion teaches same if it does there should not be more than one religion. Also, in Hinduism nothing is final we grow so as our books collection. But in Islam and christianity it is constant. No reform in Bible and Quran they are constant and only they can be followed, you cannot add more books and say please follow this too. There is atheist no God concept in Hinduism but it is not in them. There are 6 school of philosophy and 4 of them does not believe in God yet they are Hindu. You can say I believe in Bible or Quran which says only believe in me. That's it you are not hindu anymore because it is opposite of what our rishi told us. Respecting and believing is two different thing. You can be Hindu and respect all but if you believe in them you are not anymore.

I habe heard many sikh saying proudly that hinduism is not a religion because it does not have strict rules and a specific book to follow.
But they should understand there is a reason why many religions came out of bharat.

Guru nanak taught we need to purify mind, in order to achiever the akaal, nirbaur, shapeless, omnipresent, omkar.

I have seen sikhs who wd fight if i say guru nanak is my guru too.
They wd say i m a hindu so i cant call him my guru unless i convert.
Being a hindu i laughed inside my head and had pity for them, as they have completely lost their gurus teachings.
Any ways i know only few are capable of gods grace, most people will fall in the pit of ignorance. Noone , not even the gurus can stop anyone from falling, they can only show directions in which they should move.
When i was child i was converted to Christianity in my school .
Now i am hindu again .

I grew up Anglican, in Ontario Canada. I had no outside influences of Krishna, yet somehow I started singing Hare Krishna at age 4. Trials and tribulations over the next almost 4 decades, I meet my soul mate, who turn out to be a Krishna. Everything is making so much more sense now! So blessed to have found Krishna!

Dharma Rajput i completely agree. In the midst of such evils, we sit around like chums. We need to be aggressive against people who kill and harass our people everyday. But i think the issue becomes that the way most hindus are brought up is never very serious,we tend to put life before religion unlike the others who would blow themselves up for their god. Like even if you introspect, you'll find that we wanna have a family,take care of our business, and most don't do much more than comment on a vid or make a couple of tweets. It is a result of indoctrination by our so called fathers of the nation and the education system,that teaches us the glorious history of invaders but never of our great kings and leaders.

It was period when in 1971 in many temples bhajans of hindu God gives lot of mental peace to those who had problems like unhappiness due to poverty, unemployment, death of children , betrayed by beloved, and trust broken by friend whom we give our maximum time of our life.. It's very painful when our best friend and lover ditch us, plot conspiracy, and snatch everything from us silently , and bring us on road and bring us in such weak financial conditions that in bank only minimum balance remain like only Rs. 27 /- and we have nothing in hand to move in other areas to settle down, even we are ready to beg but they do not give bhikh ( begging) but then also faith, trust and bhakti of god gives lot of mental peace that we cancel to suicide and when we know that some one ( our beloved of past births) is waiting for us, we can not die and we maintain our look and beauty for such beloved who is living in other area and sometimes may be very close to us but God gives us hint, if we have patience (dhairya) till natural death.. We should never commit suicide if we do such, we become Bhot, pret ie atrupt atmaa who keeps on roaming unnecessarily for ages ( yug) like roaming for 400 years and sometimes for 600 years,, which is meaningless .

I don't believe in the caste system in the way that it has been developed and used as a method of control and discrimination. I don't believe that the fundamental tenets of Hinduism support the way the caste system has been implemented. As is the case with most societies, spiritual teaching has been distorted by mankind to suit the purpose of the rich and powerful. It's going to need a major re-education of people to rid them of the shackles of this type of practice - not only in Hinduism but amongst other religions too.

I was an atheist born in a hindu family, but there's something about Kanhiya that just attracts me like a magnet.
My mother is a dasi of Krishna and she always wanted to visit Vrindivan.
My mother once told me a story about this little kid who was afraid to go through the jungle to his school and his mother told him to not worry, whenever he's scared just call for his elder brother Gopal.
The kid was scared and screamed for Gopal Bhaiya.
Since that day, I consider Kanhiya as my elder brother and call him Gopal Bhaiya.
My father left us, the moment I started earning some money, one of the very first things I did was booking a ride to Vrindivan for my family and my sister's family.
Truly one of the best experiences ever.
