Hello from the future. I've been eyeing this up for about a year. This review convinced me and I've just purchased it and I'm excited. Along with a Rmalti mm200 with a mop dial.
Just ordered the bronze version with a blue dial and brown leather strap. It's my third Heimdallr watch, these are brilliant timepieces, and probably better than the watches they homage to
I love a coin edge bezel. Beautiful dial love the applied shark logo is really nice, I wouldn’t mind having it fully brushed but otherwise It really checks all the boxes....and the price!
Thanks for this, definitely think I'm going for the green over black. Getting it to celebrate the start of my work placement for university in September, and just waiting for the sapphire glass to be back in stock on their website.
I like that One Zeb Sir and actually don’t mind the Green Dial. I know things have probably moved on since this Vid Update wise on the watches.my Only Gripe is the Dial Pots and Hands Lume needs to steer away from being so green as Seikos Lumed on the 62MAS is nearly white. Cracking review Sir again and Enjoyed this one👏👏👏👏⌚️
Hi, it's a gorgeous watch. In your video the hands and markers look like the are a yellowish color but when I follow the link to Aliexpress the one for sale there looks like it has white hands and markers. Is it just the product pic on Aliexpress or have they changed the hands and markers color to white? Thanks
@@TheWatcherReviews I know that when you made the video in 2019 the watch came with yellowish/greenish hands but the ones selling on Aliexpress now in 2021 have white markers and hands, they seem to have changed color for some reason
I actually picked the Heimdallr because it has the distortion. I really dig the effect. I love the watch, but I had to ditch the bracelet and wear it with a NATO as I have small wrists.
Hmmm, I couldn't definitively answer. I think the san martin is a closer 'homage' to the original, personally I prefer the heimdallr due to the colour. I was stuck between both but I just went with my gut feeling which was the heimdallr.
Dude whenever you show the detail of the watch, you'd better turn the watch slowly and let your finger away from the case, so that we can see it clearly.
Would be really nice when they start doing domed crystal with AR coating. Then Seiko would be fucked. I love my Seiko watches but these are so good. If they start doing monsters..?...

Looks exactly like my san Martin bronze 62MAS. The san Martin has doubled doomed sapphire at the same price point.

Th dial is too small for the case in the heimdallr in my opinion. The San Martin has better proportions.
The dial says 300m WR and the case back says 200m.

The bracelet doesnt taper. Stays at 20mm
