Do a video on how to connect the smart stat II III IV vs the HHT wall controls detailed install please because with then HHT you dint have the 3 volt to the iginition. It’s impossible to get heat and glo support wonder why dura blow products have started to take over
Pilot lights when thermostat kicks in but flame does not. After a short time pilot turns off. I have cleaned the holes on the grill and it worked once but I am now back to the issue stated above. What could be causing the flame not to catch when pilot light is engaged?
Why can it take up to a few minutes for the fireplace to start after turning the wall switch on? If the pilot is on, shouldn't the fireplace always start right away when the wall switch is turned on? Please clarify....Thanks.

My hi/lo adjust knob stuck on lo, in 2005 . New and replaced that unit with the knob, has 4 bolts, but flame is still low even turning to hi. So does the pressure need to be increased or just a new gas valve needed?
Heat & Glow has a beautiful fireplace with technology that is garbage, unreliable, 10 to 20 years old. An old fashion touchscreen monitor on the remote that shut off after seven seconds. And Wi-Fi module that loses connection doesn’t work nearly 80% of the time. The phone app is limited in buggy. Even when it’s working, there is no setback to turn the fireplace to a lower temperature at night as if that’s a new idea?
Buyer Beware Heat & Glo, you have to use their controller, can't integrate into your Thermostat that controls the rest of your house, And it won't work with any wifi or iphone or other phone apps.

Our installer left us with 3 wall switches and no instrucions. We can't turn on your fireplace. Do you know what scenario 3 switches would be used?

Just moved to the house and the Heat&glo fireplace has two switches. One on each side of the fireplace. How do I turn this fireplace on?
try one. if it doesn’t work, try the other one.
I accidentaly pressed the igniter by bumping it and this small group of flames went on, pressed it again (might have) and didn't go away. HELP!
