What about trying to get pregnant after having the copper IUD that’s non hormonal? I’d love to hear how that or if it effects fertility.

I had an ectopic in January, lost my right tube. In May I lost another one very early, they called it a chemical and confirmed by ultrasound I ovulated on the left side that cycle. I used wisdom of the womb detox tea recently. Any suggestions?
