The 765LT just looks a million times better than the SF90. I think Ferrari styling has really gone downhill since Pininfarina stopped designing their cars.
Agreed. I think the SF90 is just very meh for a half million dollar car styling wise. And in white it looks extra bland forsure.
I think in the past years ferrari has really been outperforming brands like mclaren and lamborghini in terms of design, the sf90 the f8 and the 812 i would pick over any recent lambo or mclaren

The 765LT can actually do a 9.8 quarter mile stock on the street. Drag Times Brooks confirmed it for us when he first got behind the wheel of one.

@@larryc1616 cool, but no one cares about EV performance. Doesn’t take a lot to give an EV 1000hp that’s only usable in a straight line. It would be the same as putting 1000hp in a Chevy Bolt. They’re just boringly fast. Soulless.

@@Howl269true I think the pirellis (stock 765lt) tyre just can’t handle the power. But with stock tyre it can do 9.8-9.9
Put a 765LT and a Tesla on a track (yes those have corners) and the 765LT will blow the plaid away, probably 4/5/6 seconds a lap quicker, that counts to 40/50/ 1 minute faster over a short 10 lap race, your lapping the plaid on most tracks within 15/20 laps.... that in terms of performance is what you call another league mate...... and your buzzing coz its half a second quicker over quarter of a mile, that's not how real performance is judged......!!!!!!

I definitely agree that the sf90 should be the car to go, only thing is I would say hold on to it for a little longer. There have been cars before that Steve didn’t like initially and then ended up driving a ton. Love the 765 though and think it has so much personality
Yeah the thing is Ferrari is very stringent in guiding how their cars are driven and how well they are treated by the owners which Hamilton absolutely sucks at. Also he wouldn't be able to create content as fun as he did with the McLaren for which he would surely get blacklisted by Ferrari. Ferrari is the odd one out.
I would keep the 765 as it is much more of a special and unique car although the SF90 is awesome too

I like the SF90 but the 765LT just seems way more fun. You get the flames,you get the awesome engine sound and you get the roadster aspect too. Good choice keeping the 765LT

Cool cars, i feel like the 765lt in the next 5-10 years will for sure be a 1 Million dollar car. Truly a special car and i personally feel like it competes with the big dogs like the P1.
Heavily doubt that. No where near special enough to be worth that. Mclarens brand strength isnt strong enough to get a track spec version of a "normal" line up car up to that price. If it would be as rare as the 688HS for example, then i could see it being a potential thing.
@@sesto194 I can understand where you’re coming from, but this car has an MSRP of $390,000 and limited to 765 examples. If you go on the market right now most of them are over $530,000! And some MSO/low mileage going for $650,000+. Not too far off from a million, give it time! i’m looking at 3 rn that are priced over $700,000

Noways it’s gonna be a million dollar car but it will hold its value well. The LT models have historically held their values brilliantly and been loved by their owners.

first! I'd pick the 765 over SF90 anyday. SF90 can look great with certain specs but, if you can be picky and get capital out of it, doesn't make sense to keep it then if you don't like it.
765 definitely seems like the logical choice for a drivers car. Super an hyper cars are gearing to the electric/hybrid but nothing beats out a good ol' combustible engine the sound an feel over the electric cars wins everytime
I completely respect and appreciate that you have been successful in business by making smart decisions based on sound rationale judgment. You apply the same principles to your car collection and include the opportunity cost of keeping money tied up in them.
Somehow being so rational and thorough with your decision making process you manage to crush the passion and the love out cars and being a car enthusiast.
I like how informative your videos are but don’t like how you crush the emotion out these special rare machines that people who are genuine car lovers covet so dearly - it’s not all about applying a decision making matrix and then acting on the results….. but I can’t criticise you because that’s a big part of the reason why you’re able to buy them in the first place .
For all of us who dream about driving some of these watching you explain that you only really feel exhilarated by hyper cars and that everything else barely moves the needle is somehow heart breaking and pours a huge vat of pi*s on the bonfire that is my life long love of cars…… otherwise, loving your work:)

765LT imo is a better all around car. And prices might be dropping a bit more on the SF90 soon. Seems more folks are selling, rather than buying those right now. I think it fell short of people's expectations...I guess we'll see as time goes on 🕐🤷🏾

Well done, the 765LT is a drivers car, those cars are hard to do nowadays with all the modern technology, you definitely need a mixture of both types so the 765LT had to stay. Plus the orange and black spec is extra nice

Yep. On the road from a dig, the sf90 will always come out on top, but from a roll, if you know how to drive, then 675lt is 100% faster.
So, when it was ordered to flip it was a great choice, but now that it's break even at msrp it goes?
I can't imagine buying a Ferrari I speced and keeping it for a couple weeks, then selling it.
I'd choose the 675LT also, but why not get rid of one of the older cars in the collection?
Nice video, but a drag race on the street is the best case scenario for the sf90. As 765 is rear wheel drive and you put 21 inch rear wheels there is no way it hooks up from a launch.

I have to strongly disagree on the sf90 taillights looking like the camaro... I'm not a Ferrari fan, I'm a huge Ghost Squadron/ Lamborghini fan. I see the F40 and F50 in the rear end and I love it. The old cues carry through.

I'm a ferrari guy, I love them, I drove the F355 around a track and it was great, Manual shifting and all that too, BUT the SF90, as much as i love the look, it does seem to have a look of an "i must have the latest tech" Kinda vibe, Which i agree with steve and tommy that the tech seems to just murder it, I think digital looks are good, especially on the new BMW's but not on super/hyper cars, Even the veyron has analog clusters, thats how it should be! :D

I think they probably would've kept the 720 had the 765 not come out. It's too good overall to not be kept, money wise, looks, handling, and sportiness. Not surprised but I also think getting the s trying to SF90 was a door for the relationship for future Ferraris.

We still don't know whether the SF90 hybrid system is reliable or not (as most non-limited edition hybrid cars depreciate like hell), so investment-wise, keeping the 765lt is a good choice.
