I was trying to leave you a comment on 'Daylight', which is the video I encountered you on Aesop.
I subscribed (even though this is my husband's unfortunate phone, I have permanently screwed up his feed irrevocably) AND I watched and listened to the entire two plus hours!
You, my friend, are one of the most astute individuals at dissecting this artist's totally absurdly inaccurate lyric videos whom I have ever ever encountered!
You have likely heard this many times, but it's so freaking refreshing to find someone who doesn't have every line and bar and metaphor he writes cruise right over their head!
I was going to inquire, after perusing your thumbnails, if you have ever thought about examining Saul Williams' work?
I find him to be a very talented poet, and rapper and communicater.
I also wondered if you had seen the video of Lupe Fiasco discussing his admiration for Aesop. It's really good and very competently outlines my exact reasons for my love of Aes' music. And for that matter, Lupe's.
I wish you nothing but success and growth and prosperity.
    Much love, suki

yo, you should check some of his songs with Rob Sonic, he and Aesop had a group together called Hail Mary Mallon and they really match each other nicely, i would recommend songs like Krill, Kiln or Dokken Rules
but honestly any song you do is a treat, keep it up man :D

Dude you need to set up a discord if you don’t have one. Would make for a good spot to discuss specific lyrics at depth.

Oh I was about to recommend Eyedea and I see you're already planning it. He is to this day considered one of the best freestylers that ever touched the mic. Died very young, but he was a genius writer for his age. His beats/music isn't the best, but the content and writing skills are top class.
Check some of his work out, my favourites are How Much Do You Pay?, Even Shadows Have Shadows, Here For You, Smile

I highly recommend the Spirit World Field Guide album of Aesop. Has some killer bangers in there. The theme of the album is pretty much the pizza alley vibe (it's from that album).
One special song I would recommend off it would be Sleeper Car.

There are types of spiders (not sure about the names) where the mother gives birth and basically offers herself as the first meal to sustain the babies. I think it happens with some insects too. It's called matriphagy.

Aesop was born in 76 which would make him 46 or so now. Periwinkle Pegasus could refer to the Nike Air Pegasus shoe (first released in 83), which has been issued in that color. There is also a My Little Pony named Periwinkle who happens to be a pegasus. Both of these would be contemporary with the childhood period seemingly referenced in that passage.

I thought there was another shoe reference a few bars after that but I didn't catch....I should listen again.

Nice! Love that you like Aesop.
Was wondering would you do Loaded Lux Flex freestyle?
Since I saw you break down Daylyt the way you did, you'd do it well.
And since you said you love em, that freestyle contains the best Ninja Turtles bar I've ever heard 😂

27:42 Maybe someone was killed in a previous life and wants to get even.
And maybe people suffer so they can upgrade their souls, I dunno. Maybe all the children with the cancer were douchebags the life before. Maybe this is their hell.

God creates , not control , and God existence can be proven with things such as double slot experiment, Fractals and the perfect tuning of the entire universe. The big bang did not happen and to think the universe was created from nothing goes against any scientific method. But to believe that you can create something physical from nothing is a bigger stretch than believing in God just my opinion
