can u pls tell how the pay stuff is in general in nyc or paris
Hi!! Sorry I'm responding so late. I'm not too sure about pay in Paris but in NYC starting for an assistant can be anywhere from $45,000-$65,000 (which isn't much in this expensive city lol) but there is A LOT of room for growth and the higher levels can get paid $200,000+
Hey girl, I’m currently a visual merchandiser, but I’m trying to make a career change to a buyer. I’m finding it difficult because most positions I’ve found require 2-3 years of buying experience. Any advice?
Hey! First thank you for watching :) I def think you can make the change from VM to buying because they both really fall under the Merchandising umbrella. I'm not sure what city you are in but my best advice would be to find what similarities you have between your current role on your resume and what the a buying role is looking for in the job description.
