Thank you for explaining it thoroughly! It felt like talking to 3 doctors face to face.
    Question:
It is my 31st day after septoplasty operation. Breathing through nose felt perfect the day the waddings were taken out. But afterwards, into 3-4th week, it became difficult again to breathe through nose.
I can feel that it happens in the middle part of my nose and not the frontal parts, so visually nothing septum related. I can also feel a humid bump up on the right inner side of my nose. It feels a bit better if I use saline rinse or other sprays.
Now the question: Am I hurrying up to have a good breath again or something is wrong since it is 30days-post septoplasty?
    From Istanbul with love!
