Great video, thanks. The only thing I would have done differently is keep working in that color display space and just render out using an output module for whatever color space you want it rendered at. I don't think there's really a need for that adjustment layer at the end to convert it.
Hello, Yura. Thank you for the information about your workflow. Could you give some explanation why you didn't click the "Convert to ICIO..." button? And if it's possible, could you please share some information about how do you deal with sRGB images while working with ACES workflow? Because, of course, that images will be displayed differently as they are expected Thank you in advance :)
Hi, "Convert to ICIO" in Cinema4d? Because it will mess up all your color in the project. I did it once, and it changed all colors in every material. To use sRGB, S-log and all other color profiles you need to convert everything into ACES. For example, you can use OCIO color space transform effect and set input as sRGB for rgb image and output as ACES. Funny cuz I've recorded part of how to combine different color profiles and decided not to add into this video due to length of the video.
Jesus. Although a wf is still a painful enough, a video is quick and informative. Keep going 👍
This is super helpful. Thanks for keeping it top level and to the point!

Yeah, that's a great tip! But I prefer to use adjustment because I often use render presets, and it's easy to forget to enable color space transform.
Very informative! Thankyou.
Thank You so much!!!
Aces! Thank you
Thank you very much it's super useful and straight to the point!
Thanks
