EASY SWEET CHILI GARLIC LIME SAUCE RECIPE (tirk trey koh kong ទឹកត្រីកោះកុង)

In this video, I'm showing you how to make one of my family's favorite dipping sauce recipes, "Sweet Oh So SPICY Lime Sauce". This sauce goes well with any grilled meats or seafoods.

INGREDIENTS:
- 5-7 cloves of (peeled) garlic
- 2-4 fresh red Thai chili peppers (preferred) or any hot chili peppers (adjust to your spice level)
- 2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lime juice
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. + 1 tsp. of (granulated) sugar
- 2 tbsp. fish sauce

I don't like that i need a jar of some other sauce to make this. Guess I gotta research how to make fish sauce
