I honestly wouldn't...it gets the job done, but other stationary bikes are more enjoyable. the resistance is a little wonky in that it goes up a ton when you barely move the dial. Also it doesn't have a Watt meter, which I miss

i love bananans, can't understand how somebody may suffer so much under one. :'D try banana sandwiches with peanut butter and chocolate those are amazing!! (you'l find the recipe online by googling "frozen chocolate peanut butter banana bites") or banana shake with just banana, water, a bit yoghurt and half a lemon. Oh and a lot of crushed ice. Damn amazing!
Loved this video! Very insightful of you to realize you might be making food rules without realizing. Way to make a serious subject hilarious and fun to watch. Side note- watching you guys choke down bananas was tough. Bananas are so 🤮
I don't like those bananas either they have to be near green, as they age they turn to sugar and get too sweet. I would not eat many veggies either. Eggs are so much better than oatmeal.
Wow, what a novel idea. Boy i couldn't do it, I'm a masters runner and boy boyfriend is basically sedentary; i eat lots of fresh veggies, i love brussels sprouts, broccoli, etc, sweet potatoes, salmon, turkey burgers, etc., non alcohol brew at most; my boyfriend loves fast food, red meat, ribs, "canned vegetables" (gross), and his fav whiskey. I think I'd die if i tried this for 24 hours, hehehe 🤣🤣
Way to many refined carbs!Oatmeal is way better for breakfast. Eggs are great for brain function. Eat real food! Banana is ok but there is more potassium in beets. Eating fuels the body and mind, literally. Eat what you need to otherwise just drink water and consume salt or electrolytes. Mitochondria function is a big deal. Pre workout supplements can be consumed without manufactured refined carbs. Slowing down digestion and maximizing nutrient uptake is the key to the game. Manufactured food is just processed and does not do longevity of life any favors necessarily. Most people don’t exercise their entire lives so they just get fat but there are non dietary inclusions in manufactured foods that are fillers. Read “Real Food, Fake Food”. Pre or post Smoothie Recipe: -Banana -Trader Joe’s roasted beets or homemade roasted beets -Manuka honey - (immune system) -Any greens (spinach, kale, etc. pre or post) -Green powder supplement (AG or any brand- pre or post) -Nuts post workout (walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, Brazil nuts, etc., brain food - fat) -Blueberries (brain food - pre or post)
