We have the same pressure washer the best upgrade we did was take two of the tires off and put two big casters wheels on so it will turn. Thanks Again for the great content
You should add a DI water filtration system right off the supply in the shop. That will get ride of the lime and water spots when washing cars/trucks, or farm machines. Also good for inside the shop like the guy said below for milling!
We have the same unit but ours is 10 thousand psi. Those machines eat grease and dirt. We clean our sprayer after each day of use. We built a wash bay in our shop with drains it's big enough for a semi or a tractor pulling an implement. Both of our families shops are well equipped to suit our needs. Your family has more equipment for animals and manure. But my family has more row crop machinery. Nice video stay safe and farm on my friends !
I don't think that it is the same brand but it's 10 thousand psi . The thing is really old and paint is faded dad thinks that it is a kracher or a generac.
I'm not sure that our is a easy clean because it's old and the paint is faded we use it on the farm and I did some custom washing with it as a kid in high school. They are great machines and worth the money.
Oil on windows from a burst hose is hard to shift. Nothing to a hot washer though. We had petrol, electric and pto washers but the hot washer is like another species. Well worth it I think. Man, I'm glad we don't have hard water. Just constant hassle and expense.
"Hey Culligan Man"!!! That was the first thought that went through my mind, when you mentioned scaling in the Hot Water Pressure Washer. You should just have Jered drive around the buildings and property with his pickup truck to keep the mosquitoes away. Back-in-the-Day, we called that "Rollin' Coal." Question for you Andy, have you noticed that ever since the Millennial Farmer visited back towards the end of January 2020, that you seem to be having a lot of things break down? Just sayin'. Maybe you should send him a bill?! Happy Easter everyone!!!
I just bought a brand new 2001 GMC Envoy in early November 2001. I drove back home from Mpls to WI and on the way home a stupid deer ran into my right front wheel. You could see the hoof prints on either side of the wheel on the frame. There was a dent right below the right passenger mirror in the door crease. Which meant both the door & right front quarter panel were simply replaced by the insurance company. The other weird things: (1) i actually yanked the steering wheel hard enough to that straight ahead , the horizontal part of steering wheel was from 7 o'clock to 1 o'clock instead of 9 to 3, and (2) i could not find that deer! It did not die immediately and i even tracked it back into the woods for about 200 yards.
Nice pressure washer I bet that one cost a few bucks I have to know where is the rest of the that deer that got hit is it in your freezer LOL 😄 I know it's not your freezer is full of prime rib . That pressure washer did a good job Andy thanks for showing the video 👍🇺🇸
There's enough smoke out of Jared's truck to keep covid 19 away Andy!😷🤧 Can't beat a bit of hot H2O to shift the grease, trouble is it sticks to your pressure hose! Stay healthy FF&F team ✔️ enjoyed.👌 Wash your face Andy!🙊 catch the next👍
Andy I think you should get Nate to count the bag's for you. There may be a chance that will keep him out of trouble AND you won't have to go wake him up. Nice machine Andy. I'd say start your own bikini car Wash. Have it paid for in no time.
We use it to all our trucks and trailers cover in gravel and mud since 2015. You have to have the battery for the heater and hot water if you look where the battery is a black 4x4 box switch for the heater. Do you have a Rotary Tip if you don't get one cut your work in half.
we used to have the hotsy electric power washer used it with the high pressure from the parlor once you use hot water you'll never want to use the cold water again!!!
Andy ,you still like this pressure washer? Thinking of getting one. These look simple. I do basically what you do. Restore tractors and trucks, wash equipment, houses ,etc. I'm over in Bouckville Madison county
Wishing for a new power washer now.... With seed corn arriving, do you think corn planting live streams will be happening in a month or so? 😉Thank you for today's video.
Andy are you able to get red diesel up there or are you stuck buying road diesel for all your off road equipment? I could not find and in MA (except heating oil) just curious if it is available there ( we have it here in Oklahoma)
those stacks taking up bed space.Steam Jenny nothing new ben around forever. I like the pickup has 2 6” stacks and the Semi in the background has two 4 inch stacks. boys and there toys.
Did Jerrod graft the stacks off the KW on to his Dodge ?? To bad about the deer damage , they aren't selective about who,or what they step out in front of , kind of a kamakaize attitude !! Is the water sulfur smelling off coal veins or just that high iron content , I'll bet it causes havoc with with your cow waterer valves and well pumps !? Hot water sure makes a huge difference for sure !!
Andy I rewatched the beginning of the video ...Is Jared you in your younger days?....I have been seeing dairy farmers having to dump milk due to a weak market...I hope you guys are doing ok..Thanks for the videos
We have problems with hard water out this way also... rust, rots, and plugs everything up. How many water wells do you have to supply the farm with water?
@@FarmingFixingFabricating my grandfathers house had a hand dug water well...least 100 years old now. My Uncle worked at the local water treatment plant and i got him to test it. Ray Geffre, thanks for weighing in from the perspective of one who has lived a perfect life. I’m sure we all will benefit from that. He’s a hard working young man. Go kick your dog and leave the kid alone.

Bought one last year and amazed how much faster it is and great for prepping for painting. Thx for your video.

I’d love to see a pressure washing day! Something satisfying about clean equipment
Introduce your Lab.......(Goldie Family here)
The work that you and your family do every day is remarkable!!!
A video showing your milking operation would be cool, thanks for all your great videos!
Those washers really are the bee knees! Can’t beat them.
You can get a scale trol cartridge that the water goes through going into the washer that helps a lot with scale
It’s amazing what a little heat will do.
Pretty good stuff boss. Thank you for sharing the info.
I need to get one of those heated pressure washers. I got a couple of gas powered 3800psi washers but the heat would be real nice!
Nice pressure washer and i think Jerit needs to hook that pickup up to the manure injector tanker looks like lots of 💪💪💪💪💪🚜👍
Nice truck Jared !
thanks for the video andy
Now that's a serious pressure washer, I just cleaned my deck by brush and that would of come in handy.
We got hard water Andy and get lime in the kettle.we use white vinegar in the kettle and that cleans up the element!!!👍🏻👍🏻🇬🇧🚜🙏🏻

I'm just assuming here but the emissions equipment has fell off the truck. Like it should have.
Yes it fell off when he got the deer
we used to have the hotsy electric power washer used it with the high pressure from the parlor once you use hot water you'll never want to use the cold water again!!!
True
This is on my list of must have tools what did the unit cost Andy
$3100, give Stephens equipment a call they are in Pennsylvania
I see the main man junior came into the shop
Now there are some stacks!!
Bet you go through a lot of water in 24hrs on that ranch!!nice washer for sure!!👍👌

Yeah we can get off road diesel
He needs a Grill Guard on the truck, know anyone that fabricates Andy? :)
Did you think about collecting rainwater to use through the pressure washer? Lots of roof space to work with. Soft water - no lime to deal with.
It wouldn't be practical
what happen to little jr
What temperatures will that pressure washer maintain? Does it consume much diesel per hour
We usually run at about 180° burns maybe 3 quarts an hour

do you use the harvestore silos still?
Not the little one

Why do not install a water softener in the shop?
Even if we had one it wouldn't be enough

Little bit
You need a wash bay. You could fertilize the corn with what washes off.
I know right
We have problems with hard water out this way also... rust, rots, and plugs everything up. How many water wells do you have to supply the farm with water?
Is not a car its a tractor 😁.thanks for the video
Hmm 18 dodge ? Must have had some work done in Mexico. Sound good.
Why do you have a gas powered pressure washer instead of an electric one?
I feel that it's handier. We can take it anywhere that we have a hydrant and in those places there isn't always electric
Electric start and hot water, isn't it great. Thanks for the video.
How do you like the kubota skidsterr??
He made a video on recently
It's pretty good
Once you go hot you never go back....Jared rolling coal probably giggling the whole time....I wish I was young again
👍👍
That lad has a good looking truck😊. The smog police will have a field day with him😏. Tree huggers having fit with our rattler tunes

I’ll bet the tree huggers in New York love those stacks and black smoke. 😎
2018 and he broke it?
x_Dude he hit deer hardly his fault since it probably ran out in front of him

We have a spring

Plenty of hippy tears in this episode 🤣
That smoke isn't impressive and the noise is a bother too. Got a guy here drives one like that to go get groceries.
Just no need.
Roll that coal Jared! I bet the townies love it when you head into town. ( and no I am NOT against rolling coal) I would do if I had a diesel

we still cleaning up farm the fall harvest may before they did have about 1/4 still standing hay and one field of parsnips what to have sweet parsnips leave them in the ground for the winter as to the standing fields silage and thinking as to bagging it maybe feed for the deer for winter we will see

No it didn't

Well, as a Diesel owner and a responsible adult, I'm disappointed that he removed the factory emissions.....they are there for a reason....

Lol, what reason? A bureaucratic law is not a good reason.
Those kids and their diesel trucks the more black smoke the happier their are.
i wish they made those trucks illegal
