Marie Barone is a walking master class in passive aggression. 😂 Doris Roberts was a comedic genius! ❤
Alot of people say Debra is horrible to Ray and doesn't deserve him but let's take in the fact of what Debra has had to deal with between Ray's parents and Ray himself. It would drive anyway crazy!
Exactly 💯
She chose to live across street from rays parents. He even warned her.😂
His like a big kid lol
17:25 she's the worst, toxic wife I ever see dude
Can’t stand her except for a few episodes. The meatball episode may have been an exception but in general she was an overreacting beyotch.
I always loved how sweet Frank was to Debra
Who's the NUTCASE NOW, Ray? Who's the NUTCASE NOW? Slam.
My favorite line in classic TV!😂🎉
Love this crazy family…
What a great cast this was: Doris Roberts & Peter Boyle RIP Patricia Heaton really nailed her character; great writing & great comedic acting. Brad Garret & Ray Romano. 😹
43:35 "I USED TO BE A GENTLEMAN!" lmao i know this clip is about debra but frank is hilarious.
Frank is my favorite
My eyes about popped out of their sockets the first time I saw Frank stand up!😂😂😂😂
I did enjoy it When Franks defends Debra. He knows what a pain Marie can be most of the time.
In every single episode, Patricia Heaton has looked absolutely gorgeous.
Face wise, yes. But lets not forget those elvis presley sideburns, no T and A and she is like 4'10"
Leah Remini on King of Queens was the gorgeous one. Beautiful, sexy body and great height.
Why are we focusing on her looks?
@@oolala53 It's human nature.
@@Y_hasslol! “Elvis sideburns”!
put it in your pans
Frank’s character can be quite unappealing throughout the show - but one thing I love about him is when he’s defending his daughter-in-law. He really did some respectable things for Deb, even when Ray was being an idiot or even when his own lodge buddies were acting derogatory towards her.
The beauty part is that, according to Doris Roberts, (Marie) - Peter Boyle (Frank) was actually, very much, the opposite of the character of frank; a true gentleman, very respectful, and a pleasure to work with.
Although both their characters were largely the reason for so much of the tension and problems in the family on the show- they were truly great at what they did and were phenomenal in their roles.
Debra was my favorite character. I wish she stood up to Marie more.
Me too
She did, countless times. But because Marie was so stubborn and controlling it made things harder for everyone especially Frank and Robert (who lived with her) to really pick sides without risking starvation. So by that logic, Debra was viwed as the problem as well.
Debra was a downer. Least favorite ELR character. Yes Marie was a nuisance most the time but Debra often overreacted and she was abusive to Ray on several episodes. I don’t care for her in general.
@@dianesingerman9650 And you're free to have that opinion but she was my favorite character
@@dianesingerman9650 I agree with you , no wonder so many men don’t want to get married
This show does not get enough love. So happy to see these clips being posted! My generation "rediscovered" Frasier, so I bet we'll "uncover" this one next.
It could happen. It's been such a long time since I've seen footage of the show. I was surprised how strong Marie's New York accent was.
It won 15 Primetime Emmy Awards lol what are you talking about
@@morbidlyobeserobocop3038 Yes, I know it's critically acclaimed. But it never reached the ongoing relevance of Seinfeld or Friends...and I think it deserves it!
@@shttc900
Let's be honest both those shows were overrated as fuck lol.
It's still doing reruns everyday, we all know it 😅
Frank is Debra's endless ally, no matter his badly he presents it. 😂
Oh! My God she finally killed mom😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
And I held her coat for her!
43:30 "I used to be a gentleman" that line is priceless.
8:48 "This is what drowning people do, they pull you down with them."
😂😂😂
There's something extremely wholesome about the interactions between Debra and Frank. 3:07 "I know where the ketchup is... upper left, refrigerator door, upper left..." "That's all I needed to know, feel better sweetheart." 42:26 THIS whole moment here! The canister scene not shown here, the guys' club saying inappropriate talk behind her back and Frank defending her, the two of them hanging out when Marie left their home for a day.
this show have helped me through the most loneliest time of my life when I have to study abroad leaving my family
This 1st episode is my favorite!❤️ I had a MONSTER-in-LAW TOO. Marie’ is a narcissist & Ray is a MOMMAS BOY
Greetings from Italy!
My wife and me decided to give you guys the title : NR.1 SERIES TV IN THE WORLD AND IN ALL TIME.
You have done a MASTERPIECE.
Every husband must watch this show, to understand better his wife.
wives are all equal: they push you from hell to paradise and return in fraction of second.
And above all we give Ray , the title of NR.1 super intelligent actor and writer. Bravo
True comedy at its very best one of TV best sitcoms ever to the actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten still going strong keep the laughs who's the nutcase now ray who's the nutcase keep the laughs coming appreciate a good laugh and the memories you guys rock way to go very impressed couldn't breathe and stop laughing thanks god bless you guys !!! Joe
I needed a laugh, and came across this. This series was the best. Brings back memories.
Debra was gorgeous and a great actress.......😊
“Lipular forestation” that’s brilliant right there.
Everybody needs to remember that she's the one who wanted to live close to Ray's parents
True
Yes lol and ray tried in vein to not live there 😂😂 he tried to tell her lol
Believe me, when you only see someone occasionally, you don't realize how toxic they are.
Comments from a gentleman 👔.
Respected people,
Seeing this TVSHOW many times, One thing that I like and admire most is the Utmost patience & perseverance of Debra Barone.
I really am very empathatic towards dear Ol' debby for tolerating the entire Barone family for 9 yrs. "especially marie".
Debra's devotion towards her love for "Idiot: Ray is so much that she accepts all taunts, insults & Condescending attitude of Marie for 9yrs.
Such Profound effect it had on me that I nicknamed my wife 'debra'. And today I always call her @home as debra (dear).
Thank you for reading my comments.
Godspeed.
Debra is a saint for putting up with Ray and his family. I would've divorced him a long time ago lol.
He should’ve left her. She was hateful and showed him little respect or affection.
I would ❤ to see the episode when Debra divorces Ray!
@@MrGamerND he should divorce that beyotch as I mentioned earlier.
Ray putting that stinky cheese in the suitcase was funny but mean
@@dianesingerman9650Whatever man
Haaa. Haaa. 😂😂All of the funny scenes. "In Jail" I have three kids at home I'm just glad to be out of the house.
❤❤😂😂😅😅😊😊😊😊she played her role perfectly to peter Boyle and doris Roberts as the parents god bless you guys thanks you guys rock one of TV best sitcoms ever to the actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten still going strong keep the laughs coming much love and respect and appreciation real skills talents and efforts are deeply appreciated even on everbody loves raymond couldn't breathe and stop laughing thanks for a good laugh and the memories thanks !!! Don't watch this often, but I did see the one where Ray tried to warn Debra about moving across from his parents...
One of TV best sitcoms ever to the actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten still going strong keep the laughs who's the nutcase now who's the nutcase ray one of the best and favorite punch lines ever appreciate a good laugh and the memories stay safe and warm out there love you guys thanks !!! Joe
I LOVE THIS SHOW ❤❤❤
Ray shouldn't tell everything to his family about his life with Debra
It was a cry for help.
He’s just a baby, turns to ever gives him the most sympathy or food😢
It wouldn't be a sitcom.
Oh the Dysfunction is so real 🙉🙊🙈🤣🤣🤣. The older folks have passed on. ❤️🙏🇺🇲💯. Great show 💯
“Toilet right in the middle of the rOoOoOm.” 😂
Scripts reflect real life to the extreme.
In that first segment, I was surprised that Deborah was claiming that Ray said his mother was a saint of a mother. He had plenty of complaints about his mother! He thought they were nuts to move next to his parents, but Deborah was naïve.
Naive and he body was supporting twin babies 😂
It depends on what story they're trying to tell
8:39 BRO I WAS DYING WHEN SHE BRINGS RAY INTO IT😂😂😂💀💀
😮😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
0.0 ...Most backhanded apology ever, Marie!
Remember the Day that Ray warned you and told you that moving in across the street was a terrible idea. We are all great full you did. T.Y.
The producers went overboard w/all those toys Everywhere ffs.
In real life Debra could never have tolerated Ray, or his parents, and would have left. Ray never backing her up would have been the end of the marriage. She had a right to be angry. I always felt so sorry for Debra when watching this show.
❤love 😂this 😅show ❤ great laughs!
Ray met his whole FAMILY off their leash 😅
Debra is the biggest freak on the show..she creates great comedy.
No, she creates tension, conflict, and bad feelings. She's awful, and probably doesn't love Ray at all anymore.
This is so funny...great TV
Brilliant comedy
Right on Debra
Debra acts her role well.
Ta ray gone 😂😂 lol you know, ray reminds me of Mr bean bro lmfao
I love Ray Romano
53:54 oh my god she finally killed Ma
Good sitcom. In common is that in most of them people never take their shoes off after entering the house and never wash their hands. In Croatia/Europe these gestures are essential as a hygiene and respect. We have slippers and towels for our guests.
So...what??
An hour of comedy genius and that's your takeaway, Marie?
@@sheilacumberland7881This comment is awesome. Nice "Marie" dig 😂
Why would they need a towel?
It would constantly slow down the show and break the spontaneity if they did.
Clearly Debra is the stable one who's actually smarter. And Raymond could never stop making fun of her dinner at work so she poured that sauce for him calling it "road kill" like how MARIE would've called it because MARIE is a jealous queen of misery.
That keys in the ignition rule comes from the probability that ypu rode DUI to that point
*Smarter than me.
*2 Smarter than I am.
Patricia Heaton could have been an excellent casting choice for Joyce in Stranger Things.
I remember the episode where Marie mentioned to Debra about her sexy underwear. That was intrusive
Once Debra married Ray she married his family.. and living across the street from them doesn't help
Never marry a mama's boy.
I agree
No! No. No? No no no. nnnnnnoooooOOOOOOOO!!!! no. NO!
Putting cheese in the suitcase was funny but mean
I do Love the Filter Queen V.C. scene. It's a Call Back to a former life for me. T.Y.
Debra tries to blame Ray. *shake head*
Jerry!Jerry! Jerry!Jerry!
Marsha Marsha Marsha
@@user-cc5wu3lh1n OOHH!!, my nose 😂
Day of desperate Debra everybody loves Raymond
Marie apologizes to Deb then immediately trashes her🤣🤣
Nice work of making the same letter tongue twister title video of Debra.
Alliteration
However Ray can never back up Debra with his own mother
Robert's Sabotage
41:39
Zero boundaries. Just nothing's off limits with this bunch. I'd lose my patience and my mind.
Days of desperate Debra everybody loves Raymond
Choose watching
They were Insufferable she, Robert and Amy were the only sane ones
Let's be real, the earlier episodes were about Ray's family. The later half was about how Robert, Amy and Debra dealt with them
❤😊 she my favorite
Well it depends on how you look at it.. Marie is always disrupting their lives and Ray doesn't help by complaining about Debra and Marie thinks she is the best cook in the world and hates to be wroto be wrong to be wrong..
She’s like Lois in Malcolm in the middle
Never quite understood why all these doors were never locked.
Debra blames everyone else especially Ray. The mark of a loser
It’s her fault into marrying Ray in the first place especially wanting to move across the street with Ray’s parents. Ray tried to warn her but failed as she wouldn’t listen. She is forever cursed to live with nightmarish life with her in-laws. However, in real life, she would’ve divorced Ray earlier and move on with a better husband who is the exact opposite of Ray’s boorish manchild tendencies.
OMG lol my ex mother in law done the same thing to me 😂🤣😂
I'm sure this recipe is good, but my Austrian grandmother made what we called " Traditional German Potato Salad"... with hot bacon fat, sugar, cider vinegar, salt and pepper. It was amazingly delicious.
Ya"ll do realise this wasn't even a real house ! it was just a studio set with no ceiling ! 😮
Yes! So what's your point?
@ 41:32 if i was Debra i would have thrown Marie out and told her to never come back
Oh my god, she finally killed mom
But Ray doesn't have to tell his family everything that Debra does and that what makes Ray so stupid
So what if Ray doesn't like it?
Why did she not divorce or leave this pathetic mommy’s boy.
Marital bliss! We should have learned from this show maybe the divorce rate wouldn’t be so bad.
2 things are true at the same time. 1. Debra's character in the show is a mess and would not be a good partner. 2. Debra was clearly driven to that state and kept there by living next to an insane asylum of inlaws.
When I was married, my x- husband thought I had to have sex every night. He raped me every night. I was so damaged when I left him I have been alone since 1998. The idea of sex makes me feel so much pain.
I remember when you met him. You were in your apartment Raymond came over to bring her Futon. I went and bring fouton. I took it out of the box it was in and put it together myself since I live there but myself I myself except for my service dog 🐕🦺 🐕 Sara Mae
ALL WAYS LIVE [TRUTH] !!!!!!!!!!!! RSVP
Lmao!!!!!
Really " all ways " ???
Omg
Im conserned. I was able to anser Debra's questions as she asked them. Johnathan Swift. Curie. Extrended Metaphor, like Extended definition, theyve expanded behind their original definitions.
However! That may not be the point.

In this episode Ray is acting like a jerk and Deborah has every right to do the way she does cuz Ray don't appreciate nothing
He came back her up and admit that his mama can sabotage stuff and I think Deborah and Robert would have made a good couple instead of Deborah and Ray Ray show Andrew he don't appreciate anything men are just like that in real life
There's a commercial on here about AI. People have used and abused it so much one day it's going to blow up.
Women weapons the tears
Ray really deserved better
34:16 fruit guy, homosexuals 😅
So sad Gilbert and Ramone totally unfunny, supporting cast very funny definitely held the show together.
