Nice visit around Moncton and nice to meet your sister. I love all the greenery. It's almost like visiting a lot of small villages with farmland and woodland in between. A little surprised that you still use plastic cutlery. Haven't had that here for some time. We have bamboo cutlery (no, not chopsticks!), better for the environment, but not as good as plastic for eating.
Nice to see that Carolyn and I basically have/had the same job, though she works in a university, which I didn't do so much of.
Thank you for sharing your lunch with us. Luckily, I had already had lunch today otherwise I would have got hungry. I think I put on 3 kilos just watching.

Some places have bamboo as well but not all. It is like the paper straw debate some places still have plastic ones.
