The whole “boob event” was planned and staged and that’s why she was wearing a large piercing or pastie covering her. They were trying to be controversial and shock the world. But they thought it would be looked at as an awesome surprise by the public instead of the negative uproar it caused. There’s no way it was accidental.
She's an amazing performer. I don't understand wanting to add a stunt like that, and I do believe it was intentional. Bras don't ever just rip like that accidentally.

He even falsely lamented that ethnic people or women are held to a higher standard, which I don't think had anything to do w/ her being made a bigger example of. It was her breast that got exposed.
