Her career may have taken a "hit" at one point, but even then, she still had #1 hits, #1 album (twice) in the country, NAACP Movie award, NYs #1 Best Selling Book (True You), endorsements on NutriSystem, and number one singles. If That doesn’t speak legendary status enough, then what what does?
