    Ingredients Stuffed Pepper
    - 4 Red Bell Peppers
    - Left over bread cut into pieces
    - 4 or 5 Garlic Gloves chopped.
    - Parsley
    - ½ Chopped Onion
    - Sliced Olives (green and black olives)
    - Garlic Salt (if you don’t have garlic salt use Garlic powder and salt)
    - Black Pepper
    - Onion Powder
    - Salt
    - Olive Oil
    - ½ Cup of Chicken Broth
    - Parmesan Cheese
    - Plan Bread Crumbs
    - Mozzarella Cheese
    - 1 Egg
    - 10 to 12 pieces of white Crackers (crumbled)
    Preheat oven to 360
    Place Bell Pepper on it’s side. Cover with tin foil. Cook for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours or until stuffing is golden brown. (After 30 minutes remove the tin foil.)

    Yay! She dices the garlic by hand instead of using a garlic press. Use knife skills instead of a uni-tasker to wash.
