so so true!! She has had her baking pans and pots since she got married, over 50 years ago, they are pieces of art in my eyes. I am hoping that one day our future kids and grand kids will feel the same way about my baking pans :)

My daughter and her 2 year old son come over each Wednesday for dinner-its her spouse's late work night. A big share of our meals are your creations. My wife doesn't cook any more so it's my task and a deep joy to be the chef for these dear gatherings. These peppers are a home run, hug your Nonna for this recipe and for teaching you so you could teach me. I have found your tricks always work. We regularly have honey oat bread for breakfast, pizza, biscuits, pies and the list goes on. Each of these items took practice, but now (as you say) easey peasey. On the oat bread I generally put in about 2/3 cup of sourdough starter. Gives a good rise and a bit of twang. Thank you for enriching my retirement years.

Cinzia Tesauro è vero! I speak Italian and sometimes I don’t get what she’s saying. So I think she mixed the Italian with Napoletano? And for someone who spends almost 6 years living in Torino and recognize so many accents (Piemontese, Siciliano, Sardo, Toscano, Veneto, Pugliese etc), her accent sounds strange to me 😂

Im mexican and i thought it would be similar to our version which is called chiles rellenos but its not lol. We use poblano peppers, and we also beat egg whites till you get stiff peaks, cover the stuffed pepper in it, and fry it basically, but this italian version looks amazing! I want to try it.

You and your Nonna are very respectful and loving towards each other. THIS IS THE TRUE MEANING OF FAMILY. I'VE TRAVELED TO DIFFERENT COUNTRIES AND STATES & THIS CAN BE FOUND IN ALL CULTURES.
