The hardest project I’ve ever worked on. The longest video editing sessions I’ve ever done.
And it’s finally over.
Thank you all. Please give it a like and a share!
When is the review coming?
More updates?
More events ?
I want to see more
You Basically Created the Opposite of The Tokyo Drift Mustang.
It Turned Out Pretty Nice. 🏆
This has been the best way to watch a build series. I honestly don't want to watch it any other way.
@@pmiguelsantos1998Do you want the Review on His Marriage Too?
Hey, I've always wanted to know: what was your profession prior to doing UA-cam? Do you still work somewhere else?
No David thank you for being you and continuing on this build. I absolutely love it!! Allen if you see this you’re absolutely a true hero too to this build. Glad you stuck around to help an awesome person out.
Couldn’t say it any better…
No lie, I said it on a community post you did and i'll say it again here: I love this series, and I almost want you to get another project car just to create another adventurous series. Love this refreshing content, thank you so much for showing us the reality of showing us what it takes to build an epic drift coupe. :)
Let's get a couple weeks off. Lol
David thank you for coming back to it years later, and closing the book on it. It is actually somewhat refreshing to think that this has been so long in the making that my life is entirely different to what was going on when i first watched a video featuring this car. I certainly hope this goes on to inspire people to not quit on anything really.
David, as a participant in the car community, as a viewer of your channel. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for allowing us to be part of this journey. I've never been so happy to see someone complete a project car. I find you to be a real inspiration to the rest of us car folk. You keep doing what you're and I'll be right here to keep tuning in and hopefully one day I'll get to join you out on the street
Props David for promoting a respectable car scene. I grew up driving in 90's early 2000's. The car scene was awesome in my area. Now it's completely gone. But you hold these events that remind me of those times. Thank you for your work keeping it alive!
Thank you David! We appreciate all these years of passionate content!
Epic! Shout out to T-Pain for pulling up LITERALLY!!! 🎉
It was great to see the car in person and meet you despite being overwhelmed by it all. Hope to see you again soon and stay safe out there bud!
This is probably the most inspirational thing in UA-cam as a car guy.
So glad you followed through and finished this build and series!
Thank you for coming with your content bro.. we’re just viewers who watch this stuff for free. You made everything happen homie your an inspiration to myself and many others out there to have a career or hobby that has to do with cars. I can say for sure wouldn’t have the car I have rn if it were not for you and another mustang guys on UA-cam. Big ups my dude this is gonna be a good yead
Thank YOU David! Thank YOU for all the content for all these years!
I've never thought I would actually see the day the day of the Coupe being finished, but it is now, and it's so much cooler than I expected.
This series was easily your best work, can't wait to see it get the recognition it deserves 🤟🏽
It honestly looks like a car straight out of fast 1, you did a great job!
That looks so awesome, proud of you dude!
Sweet dude. Its been awesome to see your progression 👍 Been a pleasure, long live Dude in Blue
First! Thank you for bringing us along on this journey, its a huge part of builds that it is never documented well or often shown as a magic "30 minute install" build.
Damn the UA-cam algorithm for not promoting this awesome content, this is what I want to see
Glad to see 8 years of hard work pay off. Also glad I can finally leave you alone always commenting on posts asking about the Drift 240 lmao
I loved this series. I’m so happy you got to see the Drift Car of your dreams finally be finished
Absolutely amazing, the journey the friends and the lifetime of memories you have created, so happy for you man.
David, this is as inspirational a story as I can think of in the project car world! Congrats on seeing it through to the end. Looking forward to seeing more content with Katana in the future ✌🏼
That firework drift gave me goosebumps. Your perseverance is legendary David
Congratulations David on a successful event and finishing this project!
Congratulations on your builds and where your channel is now !! Continue with the content you’re creating….. one item from the checklist is done .🎉
Great series and awesome documentation of your build! Thank you for sharing David!
Such a great event and was happy to see the car finally completed! Couldn't believe how good that Toyota was drifting even in stock trim!
Well done!! Thank you for the wonderful Content David!!
Thanks for sharing all of this with us David!
Beautiful. Simply beautiful
Thank you for all the years of car entertainment man we love you bro it’s been a ride so here’s to more
I have to say, when I see so much of my local and online car communities throwing cars to the side when they’re not working out well, it makes dedication to a vision like this all the more significant. These are the project cars with soul.
Congrats David! What an event. What a car.
Thank you David! This series was amazing! I wish you did more vlog style build content but love your vids
Such a badass coupe with a amazing story. Props to you man for sticking with it and not giving up on that thing. Props to all your buddies and everyone also for keep pushing you. Friends like that are hard to come by and it seems you have the best ones around you for sure man!!! Hopefully yall cam do another one cause I'd love to be able to come to that!!!!
Wowowow! Congratulations on this awesome build and we are all super proud of you awesome man and car enthusiast you’ve become! Love to you and yours, brother🫡👏💙🙏🌅
So rare to hear trance music on videos now, especially from he U.S. based youtubers. Man, what a journey, hard work pays off.
Commenting to support this 7 year grind. Love the content!
Great job. Thank you.
Bro thank....... you for your fantastic channel and this series on your personal adventure of a project. I know how happy it made you to drive it for the first time after all the time and hardwork. Keep it up man 🫡
Awesome video. Homie! That 240 is sick! Keep the videos coming!
sweet idea for the event closer and cant wait to see this car fully sorted so you can really swing it around
This was so fun i got a chance to see it and loved every second of it thank you for making it happen ❤
Man this event was amazing and seeing that car out after seeing it in the shop so long was perfect. Cheers to what’s to come 🤘🏻🤘🏻
I'm amazed to see the whole progression and I'm happy to have a good end of this chapter & for you to enjoy it! Now we need more K24 Integra content (mostly kidding)
I remember when we first met when you were reviewing the Rally Miata and you told me about this project. Crazy how long it’s been! Congratulations on finally getting it finished and getting to drive it!
So happy for you! I was wondering about the 240 project not long ago and see this it’s totally awesome!
I had a 2yr project turn into 8yrs. When i sold it, my wife and myself both cried. Glad to see you finished what you started without shorting it
what a saga, a full hero's journey with a triumphant end, all wrapped up in a little blue coupe, this is what cars are all about
Few times I've enjoyed car content as much I've enjoyed this series, with a smile ear to ear and a tear in my eye. Only few I can think of are Ronald Finger finishing his Fiero, and Finnegan & Tony winning drag week in Blasphemi. And then this, amazing car, amazing story, amazing event, congrats and thank you for the content David!
Glad you got the car done mate, but that is mind boggling how you took a simple, rough edge drift car and stretched it to 7 years to complete. That’s the most impressive part
your 7 years project actually inspired me of working on my little dream didn't had the BASE car yet up until november last year ...I can finally start
project Yellow Flash
2017 BRZ Yellow Series (inazuma edition, for me in canada)
with an engine.... that could very much take 3 to 5 years to source parts and make it fit/work... more on that eventually
I still am at step 1 ....planning
BUT! the passion is there and is still strong ever since that day you went to that random Paul Walker Memorial meet in that random city of St Eustache..
signed.. a guy with his Yaris that wouldn't stop talking about it back then...
Can't believe 4 years or so I've been watching you and proud of you making it this far
Great finale to a great series, I've really enjoyed it!
Thankyou for being the car enthusiast you are
Superb David car sounds and looks great .
This is amazing dude, so glad you got to drive that car there. Hell of a journey. Excited to see more!
It's challenged me in ways I couldn't even imagine. Imagine actually doing the work yourself. Crazy idea.
You should be so proud of yourself for putting together an event as iconic as cosmic drift. I wish we had something as good as that in Australia.
But more importantly you should be proud of Project Kitana. You survived one hell of an ordeal and came out the other side even stronger and with an awesome drift car to show for it. You're a legend David!
David ever since you bought this thing I’ve been watching every video for maybe a smol teaser. Thank you for this but more importantly, thank you for your persistence in getting this build finished. Love you David, keep killing the game 💪🏾💪🏾
Dude...seeing that NOPI MOTORSPORTS made my day❤
Liking before watching because of course. Great work, looking forward to more content.
god i love Choe FDM he just seems like such a chill class clown down to earth type of dude
congratulations David much love
You're a legend brother! We miss your presence in Richmond
Bravo, congrats, amazing, enhorabuena!!!
T-Pain is the man - he showed up to Gridlife Circuit Legends at Lime Rock this past summer and he was shredding
What an incredible journey. Congrats on completing your project. I've enjoyed this series immensely.
Thank you David for not giving up! And you're the best and I been following you since you started you're UA-cam channel!!! 🥹🙏
That's awesome super excited for you man after all that work and heartbreak
Glad to see it done. Looks awesome.
Can't wait to see a review of your Project Car
Great series. Sorry it was such a cluster but looking forward to seeing this one again as you dial it in.
Amazing story, dude. Congrats to cantana and the event. Your in Is inspiration
Watching your success over the last probably 6 or, if not longer, has been a blast. Your video quality and editing, the class of vehicle, your narration, everything has come so far. Congrats on the insane event and finally being able to drive the built after so long. 2024 is going to be huge for you.
you deserve the world David
David, thank you for this series, this is was one of the best ones you done! Looking forward to the next project you do or the next drift event
Your videos always inspired me to continue my project when I wanna give up but your my motivation!
I really glad you saw this project through! Congrats
Amazing job David, I’m glad everything turned out well, minus the hiccups. Now you need to buy a compound or 20 acres to store all your cars.
What a journey you had, love this series.
Happy that you got the car done :)
You make awesome content!
this was an amazing series. thank you for putting it on. i never stopped and thought about it until this moment. i've been in such a "hurry" lately, and i need to take a moment to step back and just plug away one step at a time. thanks for the reminder, and thanks again for the AMAZING video series. Great work, and Can't wait to see the 2024 season unfold.
All well that ends well, I guess.
You did well despite all the setbacks
Such an amazing thing to witness. David, thanks for all you’ve done and shared with the world. It’s been such a ride following you all these years. Well done!
A FANTASTIC conclusion to a wild journey, congratulations David! Now bring it to Texas so I can film it at Lonestar and give you some proper treatment lol
David this is so inspirational thank you for everything!
I admire your dedication to this project. Awesome to see this project come together. Looking forward to whatever comes next
Yay congratulations 🎉🎈🍾🎊
I’m the manliest way to describe I cried a little thank you David
Just watched all three parts… the amount of patience you have needs to be studied. But deadass love the build that 240 sexy as hell
David this was so amazing to see this 7 year journey come to an end. I'm so proud of you. It's great how you gotten all the help, and you had a great friends in your corner. I'm glad good things come your way cause in general you are a good person and anyone would be lucky to collaborate and have you as a friend. Thanks for being such a humble and inspiring UA-camr. I hate that this build series didn't get the most views but in my opinion this was the coolest project you've ever done. You've done the unorthodox, the unthinkable and made it come to life with the help of others. Thanks for sharing this journey with us.
I've loved this series and how you continued to persevere through all of the setbacks. The car turned out amazing and the event looked so awesome! I'd love to attend it one day!
literally a build series of perseverance, I think we are all glad you stuck with it. Great job David!
What a series. Good stuff!!
Really loved watching the series and congrats on finally getting to drive the s13.
I will like this but the fireworks are really getting to my epilepsy so imma head on out, you kill it David!!! 💯💪🏽💯
Car is absolutely gorgeous my man, congratulations! I’ve watched you for years and you inspire me to want to keep going with my own cars, I hope you will drive my GTST one day when I’m done building it!
