I didn't know there is a newer version of Daytona USA in Arcade, but the Xbox 360 version is based on 1994 Arcade.

Probably my most favorite arcade game on the 90s. I was very happy when they brought it to 360/PS3.

Worth noting that the 2017 version was built by emulating the original 1994 version and stacking their new graphics engine/renderer on top. This is why so many camera angles and such are exactly the same in both, and means that both games should play identically.
In the console HD remake , Sega programmers thought there was a Matterhorn near Daytona Beach.....they corrected that mistake for the arcade remake ;-)
Why the hell do Sega not port the latest arcade version on the modern consoles?!

Because they are assholes and always will be. We have to have several systems in or to play certain titles. Thats why im all for emulation MAME if you can get it to work correctly lol
you can very easily make it run fine on a PC, and you dont need much power at all.

It is not PC gaming... it is not a PC game... its an arcade game and runs on PC hardware in an arcade.
There is absolutely zero difference between playing it on a PC or playing it on a console, if indeed the console had a version, which it does not, and likely will not.
"I hate PC gaming" it quite likely the dumbest thing i ever heard said about any arcade game.

Looking at the attract screen and the Victory Lane celebration. It is quite impressive how close Championship USA looks to the original arcade game. With similar camera work and modern graphics and music.

Gran juego de carreras de los 90. Junto con "Indy 500", eran los que más jugaba en las salas recreativas. Muy bien video, aunque me hubiese gustado más una comparación de las mismas revisiones...
This is not an apples to apples comparison. That Daytona championship game is new like a few years old new. You can find it a Dave's and Buster. The 360 version is basically the Original arcade.

Been playing the games for decades, the Arcade original, its port on Saturn, the Championship Circuit Edition and Circuit Edition remakes on Saturn, and the visual powerhouse that is that remake on Dreamcast!

It would be cool if Sega would remake Daytona USA and the sequel for the Switch. But with modern graphics just like they did with Panzer Dragoon.

Dont need to port this one, it runs perfectly fine on PC hardware. You can download it and make it run with relative ease.

Já a do X360 sim, é um port bem fiel.

This isn't the same theme music version I used to hear on the arcade with steering wheel, nope, the singing was lower octave and an American singer hence Daytona USA regardless of the region release. Lol
While the 20XX version technically looks better if you describe it on paper...Sorry. The original looks better. I feel like you're losing something with the 20XX version.
Yup, the 20xx version looks more realistic but completely loses the charm of the 360 (and Dreamcast) version.

What are you talking about? He's still there in the remake. They just replaced the 2D texture with a 3D model, that's all. Pay more attention, man.
@@jakescartoons6045 To be fair, the lighting is darker and the race timer font is much larger in the remake.
I think those two factors really help to dampen the impact of Sonic in the remake compared to the original Model 2 release.

Bom, Forza Horizon 2 é muito melhor do que esse jogo isso em todos os aspectos.
Arcade áudio muito melhor,sensação de velocidade melhor e mais detalhes nos gráficos. Enquanto a versão do x 360 parece 1 port porco do sega saturn.
A versão do X360 é exatamente a versão do Arcade 1994...
