Thank you for buying from the locals. It’s so nice to see how lovely people is in my city. As a capital, many people is always in a rush, or afraid, but at the end, we are as kind as the people in the rest of the country. Thanks for promoting tourism in my beautiful city!
Colombia has a really special place in my heart, and I am really looking forward to calling Bogotá my new home - sweet home. At first, I just wanted to travel and explore Latin America, and suddenly I'm in the best relationship of my life and my family is waiting for me to come back soon. I heard both good and bad things, and didn't let it stop me from exploring the world for myself. If I had never dared, I would probably never have met the woman at my side. Life is full of surprises if you allow it. Thank you so much for these particularly beautiful impressions from Bogotá. It helps me a little while I'm in my old home. Muchos saludos (aún) desde Alemania. Todo lo mejor para ambos. 🇨🇴🇩🇪
I'm not from Bogotá, but I'm living there for my studies. And let me tell you, to this day is one of my favorite cities to both live in and visit. It's got an air of comfort and tradition, plus I prefere a cooler weather 😅 and the food is delicious
Thank you for putting out a good word on Bogotá. I truy hope you enjoy your stay and stay safe. Agree 100% about the food which is amazing and as a coffee lover, the coffee!

It’s a small regionalist fight specially from Medellin ( but in general all the countrie) vs Bogota DC … it’s a kind of jelous or envy so they always said skip Bogota … but Bogota DC it’s not just the best city in Colombia is one of the political, economic , cultural , education hubs in all latam… it’s one of the global and cosmopolitan cities from latam to all the world The architecture, the people is so diverse… it’s a little bit different about the people think about a tropical country is…. Bogotá is gritty, has awful traffic and not the best weather, but is also a big cosmopolitan city with all the perks of one. Culture, arts, history, business, shopping. There is always something to do; somewhere to go, a new event, party, congress, exposition, restaurant. You can find just about anything you need or want is awesome. You get the good with bad of course, but I think is unfair how some people judge it exclusively by the bad stuff.
We completely agree! It is too big and unique of a city to completely judge it or dismiss it based off of the bad parts about it. We are happy that we decided to come anyways 😍

Bogotá is a great city for working, studying, and visiting; a sister of mine lives there, and whenever I can, I escape to spend some time there. Of course, Bogotá has some security issues; what city with eleven million citizens doesn't have them? Its climate is pleasant, and the variety of activities of all kinds is wonderful.

Thank you so much ❤️ one day I will definitely make one, especially when we finally move into an apartment 😍
I'm from Bogotá & I can testify that the City is pretty dangerous, even in the North part, the criminals are just everywhere; they actually love the North since that's where the "money" is !
50% of rich people in Bogotá live in estrato 2 to save on taxes and get benefits. So no, that is not only where the money is.
