About us:
For the past 3+ years, we have been working online and in November 2021 we finally decided to pack up our things in search of the digital nomad lifestyle.
Our goal for this channel is to find the best places to live in the world as a digital nomad.
We also hope to inspire others to follow their dreams of travelling and working remotely, by sharing our experiences and hopefully building a community of like-minded people.
We love hearing feedback from our audience, and we're always open to suggestions of places to go and things to do, so don't be shy, to leave a comment below.

Halong Bay out of Hanoi is gorgeous. Get a small local boat as they anchor so you can jump of the boat and have a swim, nice for cooling down too! Cheap accomodation at the other side. Oh....and don't eat at what looks like a clean modern restaurant where you pick up the boat (Hanoi side) as half a dozen of travellers got food poisoning and I never get food poisoning when travelling!
Loved Hanoi and Damon (above) didn't say why to be careful about massages...duh! I have no idea.
We travelled up the length of Vietnam by train a few years back and our favourite place was probably Hoi An. Nha Trang was really nice as well.

Be careful on massages .They pointed a gun on me snd the they got my wallet with my dollars on it..i was crying for a month , and Vietnamese people are laughing at me...

I don’t think you all realize how amazing your videos are!!! I say this because all of this content is actually USEFUL. It’s not just showing the glamour of travel but it’s showing the little things you need to know in order to make travel easier (TM6 card, Sponsors like Berbe, etc). I’m about to travel in Thailand, Bali and Vietnam from July - October and i am SO thankful I found this channel. Hi Guys, I love watching your videos, really inspiring. You will love Vietnam, we really enjoyed all of it and we traveled from the north to the south over 21 days but our favourites were Halong bay and cat ba island in the north, Hue in the middle (perfume river is amazing at night) and Vung Tau in the south, the whole of Vietnam is so rich in history and culture, enjoy your adventures, I’m so jealous

Couldnt find berbe travel guidance but was able to find it as berbe travel rule. Love you guys. Im indonesian born in surabaya. Been in chicago for the past 40 years. Wife entire family is from jakarta and every other year when we visit jakarta, we travel the surrounding countries and this year is vietnam. We will be there aug 25th. Hanoi, ha long bay, ninh binh, danang, hoi an. Excited to see your upcoming videos what you'll share. Safe travel and keep up the awesome informative videos. We travelled to thailand in 2019, your video remind us that we need to go back. :)

Just found your channel, loving it and now I’m subscribed! My husband and I are from Massachusetts and trying to plan a trip to Southeast Asia in 2023 around March/April. We are thinking a 2-3 week trip. Do you suggest Thailand vs. Vietnam?? Or try to go to both?? :)
Koh Samui, Thailand is pure magic. Perhaps consider trying island life on your next visit. Cannabis Dispensaries are now selling craft strains all over the island

Ideas: 1. For Ho Chi Minh city : You must learn where to stay , and the expense and distance in the Central business district zone 1 thru zone 6 on the outskirts. 2. visit DaNang, NaTrang .... up and coming for digital nomads, somewhat like Chiangmai in north mountainous Thailand. 3. Compare: Vietnam coffee versus Thailand coffee. 4. Compare and contrast : North Vietnamese Pho dishes versus south Vietnamese ( ie, Beef and pork and fish versus the more vegetable based and runny soup versions). Completely different !

So much to see , absorb and learn about Vietnam and try Cambodia too. One word of advice, for yourselves, learnt from hard experience. Don't let time go by without a firm idea of an eventual goal, I.e. family, settling down, enjoying everyday, and helping where you can, and being in love.
In my 70s now, happily married, 2 beautiful dogs, living by the sea, but could have been very easy to miss all that. Love your enthusiasm for travelling. X
I feel you on the flying stress...it's a love/hate thing for me because I love jets and the airport experience but I do find it stressful ✈️
Have you guys considered going carry-on only? Considering how often you move around it will make travelling a lot easier. We've been moving from one country to the next every few weeks/months and not having a whole lot of stuff to cart around makes the process a lot smoother. Looking forward to seeing what you think of Vietnam!
They have to carry tech stuff but I thought they'd at least have backpacks.
I find them far easier when travelling lots.
@@zoe9632 tech stuff can take up a lot of space. We've still managed to get by with carry on only including our vlogging gear. It can be challenging, but it is possible.
@@BucketListTravellers yes but despite them living in other countries before, I think they're newbies to this type of travelling.

I have watched a few of your travel videos, and I am amused at how graciously you guy's seem to cope with so many unexpected situations. I suppose that is an advantage of youth, the fearlessness of the unknown. Now that I am in my 60's, my standards for concierge, pampered, luxury have rendered me intolerant of international travel shortcomings and surprises. Miami is my comfort zone now.
sometime you just have to go with the flow, Miami sounds nice though. we have plans of visiting in 2023. any recommendations are welcomed.

Suggestion: Try the👉😊 overnight sleeper VIP bus (cheap! by European standards) between cities in Vietnam !. Awesome😊. Better comfort than the 1st class overnight sleeper train in Thailand from Bangkok to Phuket !
not if you are over 5'10". the seats are tiny. you cant sleep if youre tall

Thai foods, of all sorts, are definitely some of the most complexly-flavoured foods one will ever taste!

In Thailand myself at the moment. Pattaya for the last 2 months but Phuket for a month first. Stayed at the same hotel you guys just left. Had a pool access room which was great. Staff were nice but not real good with processing documents etc. Hope you guys ate at the "Red Chair" at least once?

In some ways I am glad I am older. My numerous ventures until not so long ago were all devoid of vaccination/mask requirements and all this regulatory rubbish. Couldn't put up with it these days. Glad a lot of it is out of my system from lots of previous travels.

Vietnam is beautiful we're going back in November. Hopefully you can see Da Nang and it's beautiful beaches.
We're slow travelling the last 14 months started in Thailand then Mexico and countries around there!
We pull cash from ATM on arrival in new countries.
Guys always get the currency when you arrive at the airport your travelling too, just enough to get you to the hotel, as the rate will not be the best, then change in the city your staying in. Believe me I know by experience, been to 50 or so countries in the last 30 years! The places I liked in Vietnam were Hoi An, Da Nang, Hue, Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Vung Tau near Saigon, enjoy ☺️

Inexperienced travel: Can't understand 2 wheeled drag large checked baggage luggage, and no 4 or 8 wheeled carry on and computer secondary bag on top of it for carrying inside the aircraft. Doesn't make sense to travel with double duffel bags on wheels that need to be checked in on small puddle jumper flights and airlines that charge for seats and baggage.
Isn’t there a 15 day visa exemption for Vietnam?
