I've done this with a pork loin but use local home made apple cider to mist on a rotisserie. Great video. Now This makes me want to try on my new Blackstone
Like you, I own several kamados and smokers. I also bought the 360. I don't think I'll be doing ribs on the 360, but wonder why such a severe trim on the ribs? I still learning, so not complaining, just curious. Thanks for your time.
Dorthy, ours are 18x13 inches and it’s almost like we have to balance the lid on the corners. I’d suggest going with something like this instead which is a smaller version. amzn.to/2D4bP30
Great video, clear and informative. Sold me in the 360. On a side note, your voice is very similar to the guy from you suck at cooking, who has a comedy satire cooking channel. You are much more trustworthy than him :)
Like if u came from guga. P.s I also subbed. One tip I have for you is to voice over the video using any sort of headphones since it makes the audio a million times better.
Worked so good I got people trying to pay me to smoke them some ribs.....YIUR THE BEST.....HAVE YOU DONE A BRISKET YET?
You bet. We’ve got lots of brisket videos on the channel.
You are the reason why I bought this griddle. Every video is so informative and easy to follow. Keep up the great work.
Thanks so much for the kind words Adam. Hope you’re enjoying it!!!
Going to try this on my Evo griddle.
Kris, I think you’re the first person I’ve heard of to spend $3,000 on an EVO except Sam the Cooking Guy. What do you think? Worth it?

Yeah, the salt from the ocean is really tough on grills. Good luck with your ribs!

Now, can you please make a video on how to cook scrambled eggs hash browns and French toast on the pellet smoker?

Wouldn't it be better if you put your pellets or wood chips in a foil packet, I would think it would be a easier clean up, just a suggestion.
Love it. Great suggestion.
