- Geno’s doesnt even blip on my top 10 cheesesteak spots in Philly… 90% bc their cheesesteak is not good but also I will never forget their past or that the son had to be convinced to remove the sign.

Damn, I only speak English, but I understand Spanish, Portuguese and some Italian and Japanese. This is 100% a place I will NEVER patronize. Disgusting way to treat paying customers! Are there actually people going up there and ordering food in a language other than English? I highly doubt it. SMDH.
Geno's sucks...but you know what, if I were a tourist ion Philly, id want to run into a bunch of Rocky stereotypes in South Philly and get the full treatment. it would feel authentic. In the same that, I would hate to go to china, for example, one day and discover that it had been overrun by American migrants and Chinese was no longer being spoken and many old Chinese traditions and customs had been replaced. So stop with the so-called "xenophobe" expose crap. it's not racist to want to preserve your country's heritage. The aim is melting pot, not mosaic.
Imagine making this analogy with the ignorance that the US doesn’t have an official language but what did you expect from someone who said “while preserving your country’s heritage” again ignorant to the fact that the US was STOLEN thru GENOCIDE. It's not xenophobe expose crap, they were legit racist as hell when I went there. Literally half the line left in disgust at the way they were treating Spanish people
