This is so sad- Alison clearly says she dont feel safe with her out there and the cop tells her the Judge ordered Alison to go with her mom and if she doesnt the cop said the Judge will take her away from both parents and thats what they did..I dont blam Alison for running away after the cops did that.

The world is so fucked up criminals get release after committing crimes and assaulting people and a father got arrested because the daughter fled to him for protection and being a good father he offered his daughter protection and haven for her escape.

Any mother who cares even a little for her child wouldn't be standing in the background scrolling on her phone. She would approach her daughter, trying to calm and communicate with her. The truth is revealed not by how she acts in public, but by how she behaves when she thinks no one else is looking.

I am fairly confident that was not within the cop’s authority to say how judge will rule, without explicitly say it is just his opinion.

If she said she doesn't want to go and stay with her mom, she wants to stay with her dad, and the court order ruled that she has to stay with her mom and the cop showed up at the door trying to take her and bring her to her mom. Now, I totally understand why she ran away. I would've done the same thing.

The mom was standing outside all that time. She came to take Alison to the "facility" per court order: Alison was to be present there @11:30. Alison refused to go with her, then the mom sought help from MPD. Why was Alison ordered to be "institutionalized" by the cour, or by mom' request? The girl sounded very composed, only being irritated by the detectives.
