I would like to show you how i make peanut mochi.
How to make sweet mochi /peanut mochi recipe,
Ingredients
Mochi dough
- 250 gr glutinous rice flour
- 15 gr rice flour
- 100 gr sugar
- 20 gr melted butter
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp banana flavour
- 300 ml water
Mochi coating
- 20 gr potatostarch/ cornstarch
Mochi filling
- 100 gr skinless peanuts
- 50 gr brown sugar
- 1 tbsp water

I've made them many times.
They will keep for a couple of days at room temperature ... especially now that we're in the fall temperature. They last longer in the fridge but will need to be microwaved ... ~ about 30 seconds. Either way, they should be well covered - wrap them in plastic, and if refrigerated put them in an airtight container.
