- This was a fun integration I havent done before and I enjoyed getting to put it together for a commissions, so I wanted to make a guide for you guys showing you how I did it. The addition of the foregrip and the paintjob really brings it all together.

Hello there! I love seeing your commissions and the combinations you make, genius. I have started to modify these guns myself and I was wondering, you mentioned you use enamel paint and for this particular gun you used a black undercoat, what was the undercoat paint you used, brand wise? And finally: did you hand paint the purple colors or did you use a kind of spray paint? Any tips for a starting modification enthusiast? Thank you! :]

Right now I'm working on a stryfly. I'm also planning on making a speed loading blaster using a Firestrike with the same paint job.
I think that a Fire fly + Raven integration would be cool. Placing the internals of the Rayven inside a Firefly, with the clip going into the dart storage section. It would already be in a bull pup design. Not sure if this would work, but just an idea.

LordDraconical A common problem I have found with the Stryfe is that if you add a barrel to the end, it will wobble and eventually just unthread and fall off. How do you counteract this? Could you make a video?
I've got a lot of Stryfes and Fireflys just waiting for this...
Any chance u can do a video about where U cut the firefly to get it to fit with the stryfe? I'm doing the same build and afraid of cutting the firefly at a wrong angle and completely ruining the gun

I would put the fore grip on the stryfe's tacrail especially on a blaster this long.
As soon as I saw the title, the first thing that I thought of was the show Firefly. The reason for this was because I didn't know that there was a Nerf blaster of the same name.

You do nice mods but your putty work is brutal. Why don't you sand the putty to be flush with the guns? It wouldn't take much work, and then the guns would look perfect. The final products I have seen thus far have mostly had large obvious glops of putty on the body that have been painted over.

What motors do you use to upgrade with? I'm competent with the rewires but struggling to find the model of motor that will give me the upgrade needed or do you just step up the voltage (or both)?
Rewiring is fine because the current will make up for it but go ahead and find better motors

The barrel adds friction, not drag.
