That was a very explicit tutorial of how to use the bread maker I have just purchased one and not to sure how to operate it, which you had shown very well in the stages of preparation. I liked that you got to see the finished results. You prepared not just one bread but a second one that you added dried fruit, to show how versatile the bread maker is. Thank you for your good explanations of the product.

Thank you for this video, I just bought this machine 😊, as a second breadmaker.
    Just a few little things....
Throw out that plastic cup and spoon and measure everything in grams, that's more precise 😉
And please, my kitchenheart broke a little when I saw you stirring in the pan with a metal spoon 😮
You'll ruin the non stick layer when you keep doing this, that's such a shame 😢
1 teaspoon salt is 2 grams
1 tbsp. sugar is 13 grams
1.25 tsp yeast is 4 grams
1 Cup water is 180 grams
No need to melt the butter, room temperature is perfect 😊
My not so secret ingredient to help your bread stay fresh a little longer, is one crushed vitamin C tablet.
There is also the possibility with this machine to remove the kneading hooks before the baking process starts, then you only have 2 little holes in your bread instead of two big ones, no need to cut your bread to get them out 😉
Cool your bread on a grill, cover it with a dishcloth and let it cool down completely😊
    Enjoy your bread 🍞

Very reasonable comment, appreciated! By any chance, any experience with diy bread making menu programing?

I'm going to try out this machine tomorrow, following my own recipe.
This has, amongst other things an egg, whole milk, natural bread enhancer and a vitamin C tablet and a lot more butter in it 😁
I find the standard recipes always rather skimpy, we are used to a slightly more Burgundian version 😉
Plus, I almost always add a diversity of seeds in it as well, until now no bakery could top my bread 😆
      I'll keep you posted 😊

@@zoltangacsi4614 In the meanwhile I've made 2 breads, using program number 2.
It turned out beautiful, I'm making a little video of it as we speak, I'll upload it later today on my channel 😊

A few things you might want to take on board:
1: Put the yeast in with the liquid, so it can start to activate before the flour goes in.
2: Don't stir things with a metal spoon. You will damage the non-stick coating.
3: Remove the paddles after it has finished the final mix. Saves having to carve massive holes in the bottom of the loaf, and just leaves two neat round holes.
    4: RTFM! 🙄

How to remove the paddles without burning your hands and all? I'm genuinely asking.

@@lvh888 Remove them after the final mix, and _before_ the cook cycle begins.

Thanks for sharing. Advisable to use warm water, warm honey, warm olive oil, pink salt and fresh yeast (at room temperature). Allow longer yeast rising time and longer dough kneading time. White flour is bleached; it is not healthy. Half way through press pause; with wet hands remove the paddles then reshape, gently cut two long lines, close the lid and press to continue baking. Once finished after 10 minutes put on a wire cooling rack at a high level (stops your bread from going soggy). Do not use metal spoons when stirring. It destroys the non stick layer.

Thanks for the information about pausing to take out the dough hooks. That would be much better. Also for all your tips. 😃
