HOW TO MAKE FRIED MEAT PIE / QUICK, EASY, DELICIOUS SNACK/ GHANA PIE

INGREDIENTS:
For the filling:
500g beef
1tsp white pepper
stock cube
salt to taste
black pepper
Spring onions
2 onions (Diced)
1tbsp of oil.
For the pie crust:
3 cups of all purpose flour
1tsp of baking powder
Salt
150g of butter
1tbsp onion powder
1/4 cold cup of water. (Add little at a time until you form a dough)
