I've looked into freedom we ended up joining JetRide. No joining fee and a way cheaper monthly fee, weekdays + weekends. I'd look into them if you live in FL
Hi, the BoatUS website says that "anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must pass an approved boater safety course." Does this mean that anyone born before that does not need to do it?
Here is the policy: FREEDOM BOAT CLUB OF TAMPA BAY OVERNIGHT POLICY: Overnight request forms must be submitted to Operations, at least 48 hours in advance, for approval. They must include a location no further than 10 miles from the nearest Freedom Boat Club of Tampa Bay location (Anna Maria Island and Bradenton are just outside this limit.) The form must be presented to the dock master prior to departure, with the authorized signature. This policy is for the safety of our members, our boats, and our staff who may be called upon to render assistance after normal operating hours for such endeavors. All FBC boats must be secure at a dock from sunset until sunrise. There will be a $10.00 refueling charge plus the cost of fuel for boats returned after normal dock hours.
Great video thank you
Thanks for making this content. This answered a lot of questions that I had about Freedom Boat Club.

The boat club still requires it for all ages.
Are you able to take a boat overnight somewhere or use it continuously for two or three days in a row without turning it in each day?

Hi if I have boating certification do I still have to retake it at freedom ?
@@yuliyagurina9521 If you already have it you should be good to go. You will just need to upload it when requested.
Do the fishing boats have trolling motor?
The ones at fresh water locations do. None of the other boats have them.
