This scene was fantastic. The actress who played the girl did AMAZING. You could read every emotion...and that pause and shift of her eyes when Hailey says "Shawn cares about you" was just perfection. The moment she said Shawn and the actress made that face you knew she was jumping. That was fantastic...this episode was amazing,
I love how Hailey (Tracy) can be so gentle in her tone and so angry and fierce at other times when needed.
She doesn't care about anybody but herself!

Hailey knew after the girl jumped that Shawn wasn't as innocent as he seemed to look. She felt that once she said "Shawn" she lost the girl because the girl had already made up her mind to jump.
Feels illegal to be this early, also I love this show and my heart stopped when that poor girl jumped.

this reminds me of the Chicago Fire episode where Gallo tried to talk a man out of jumping from the roof of a building, but he jumped anyway. Everyone tried to tell him it wasn't his fault and he did all he could, but he still felt guilty.
That caught me so off guard that i had to gasp . I truly thought he had gotten through to that man just for him to slide off ☹️ I felt so bad for Gallo
Or the episode of Chicago fire when Henry mills tried to talk someone off a bridge or the episode when Gabby Dawson tried to prevent someone from jumping off a bridge too

I don’t understand. Hailey really did try to help her, but Abby jumped off anyways. She had so much support. What is Abby thinking?
abby’s face started to change when hailey mentioned sean,, and hailey realized it after abby jumped. if you watch the full episodes, an investigation starts trying to prove sean is trafficking girls that come into the shelter he runs
