Asterism needs a quality hardcore vocalist ...! Please hire Misa Reamo, former singer of the Japanese band Story of Hope. She rocks.. She can sing & scream in English and is very easy on the eyes too..
@@ronnieguitar99 not at all what I was implying. Asterism is a group of talented musicians. I had hoped eventually they'd sign an equally talented front person to move forward. My first take on this vid was, this was maybe just somebody local to the club who got to sing a song with the band. If so, great,.. But,, If you're a band from Japan and want to break into the English market (whether that be the USA,UK, AUS or wherever) having a front person who can sing fluently in both English and Japanese would surely be a major plus (IMHO). And if she happens to be "easy on the eyes " too, well, who's gonna complain.. Not me.. I think the whole instrumental thing with no singer will get old eventually, it did for me after about 3 videos. I've been participating in and/or going to live performances in clubs for like 40 yrs, I can't recall having ever seen a (rock/metal) band perform a full set, much less an entire evenings performance without a vocalist. That's not to say it hasn't or doesn't happened, or can't work but.. Yawning..
If they can keep writing good melodies, there will be no need for a vocalist. Ask Joe Satriani and a hell of a lot of jazz guitarists (jazz bands for that matter)....recently D_Drive too. I just don't want to see such great musicians get sidelined as just players when they absolutely deserve to be the stars they are. These players say more with their instruments than most bands do with singers.
