well this was the most random appearance ever I guess 😭 but since there’s not much to post and germany randomly released their potential jesc 2024 songs here’s my top 📊
BUT JESC SEASON HAS BEGUN I GUESS?? anywayy all songs sound pretty similar ngl but my favorite is clear 🤪 if performed well & with a nice revamp it could be a fun moment in madrid!
True, but NDR not letting the participants be involved in songwriting for the second year in a row wasn't a good idea. It doesn't mean the songs are bad though. The EBU should require whoever represents Germany to rewrite one of the versus or choruses in his or her corresponding song.

But….. I’m still in shock by the UK’s withdrawal. On the bright side eurovisionfun have already reported a country making their ‘grand return’ so that will be exciting (if it’s true ofc)

I love the concept of choosing only The Voice Kids participants 🥰 As much I loved Bjarne and his charisma, Bellamore needs to win! ;)
My Top 5 From Australia 🇦🇺
(The Running Order I listened to them in is Bellamore, Bjarne, Franz, Greta, Julius)
1. Greta 🇩🇪 All Of Me (This song is a good song and a contender for the win this NF and I think I could see this doing very well in JESC, Potentially even winning it. I think this was the most engaged with the song I have felt in this NF and I think this is the best package and the most engaging)
2. Bellamore 🇩🇪 Too Cool (Good start, It is beatable. I really think the limited staging options held it back but I think this has big potential on a bigger stage I'm guessing Germany didn't want to spend too much on this NF which is fair enough but I wish they had a bigger stage so The Artists could show off more of the package but This song does give my "Do It My Way" vibes which came 3rd so I think this song has heaps of potential and Even If Bellamore Doesn't get selected I could see her going places)
3. Julius 🇩🇪 Jupiter (Cool Song to end with. I dont feel like we get many boys with sas and this boy is giving sas and I think this could stand out and do very well If selected. Best Boy song)
4. Bjarne 🇩🇪 Save The Best For Us (This is good, completely the Opposite vibe to "Too Cool" I reckon he has a good voice but based off last years results I do think This song would finish bottom half if it got selected but I like it. I do wonder how this song would get staged if it did get selected)
5. Franz 🇩🇪 Komplett (This song while I dont mind it it left me wanting more and I never really felt like I was engaged with the song. If this does get selected though I do think a bigger stage could help this song a lot.)
In Summary I really like all the Top 3 and I also like the Bottom 2 but If it was up to me and me alone to select Germanys entrant to Junior Eurovision then Greta - "All of Me" would be selected But I would be surprised if Germany finish low this year despite the underwhelming NF Stage which has been a theme in this comment But I think All of these songs would Be Top 10 if they were selected but I hope Greta - "All of Me" Gets selected but all of these have bright futures ahead of them

Well tbh i dont think anyone of them can make fia succes once again (high online voting result 4#) the main reason was emotional message that's why she got so high but it's not about her Amongst all of these songs and artist i think Bella is the best option we already know the 11 countries will participate in this edition We lost UK so one of the strongest paricipants is out Albania,Portugal and Armenia left if they participate there will be 14 countries if Kazakhstan return 15 (i doubt norway come back) knowing that jury always does germany dirty probably they will achieve maximum 30 points from them i think that from the public they might get like 40-45(?) points so i think their result will be something like 70-80 points 10th place of 15 if the weak ones still will be weak(Albania,Estonia,Macedonia,Ireland,Portugal) anyway we dont know almost nothing about this year so i may be wrong anyway good luck germany
Armenia and Portugal have already confirmed, their delegations were at the JESC meeting in Madrid this week. We have 13 countries at the moment. Also, i'm pretty sure Albania will participate. In addition to that, there are strong rumours that at least 1 country that hasn't taken part for a long time is returning (seems like Norway or Greece), and also that Iceland might be debuting. We will have 15-17 countries

I think so, too. But, NDR shouldn't limit songwriting credits to adults anymore. It doesn't mean these songs are bad though. The EBU should limit adult songwriters' credit to a maximum of 50%.

The season has begun let's goooo!!! Fia was my winner last year... although none of these songs have nearly the same impact as Ohne Worte (genuine emotions and deep story) there are still some solid songs in the mix!

Too cool in my opinion is a little much too much
I'm not strongly favoring any one song over the others as they're all pretty even for me but I'd like if they sent Bjarne just because he reminds me of my younger brother when he was that age which makes me want to root for him I guess. 🤔
From a German: Ohne Worte was my runaway winner last year, none of those 5 Songs will even come close. Especially because they miss the special message and emotion that Fias entry had.
Nevertheless there are 2 entries I think are pretty great. Those being Jupiter and Komplett.
Too Cool on the other side is cringe and we should better not send it.
