    I love the sweetened whipped cheese but your Japanese sous chef is why I replied again this time.
    I commented on another Bro's video last night. Also for your sous chef.
    Very proper and classy cuisine such as this comes from a team of talent that is not afraid to work very hard and step outside of comfort zone. These are disciplined professionals during a generation of "fake it til we make it" type cooks.

    As several other comments the video has been shot with a sound track that is so blurred it is impossible to hear her. This also occurs on several web films. Please can you use a sound engineer who can deal eith these situations. They ruin some great food videos

    Did you know pears are the most healthy fruit there is on any tree !
    FACT
    Im in Texas I have 3 - 50yr old pear trees left out of the 18 original, Southern Bartlet hard to beat here. They are ripening the next 2-3 weeks

    Blue cheese with pear. Cheese would totally overpower it wouldnt it considering how much she out in.

      i think its cal solution, cal is a name of powder used for nixtamalization process

      I know the italian name, It Is calce idrata. Check some nixtamalization recipe to come up with the right brine. It Is not difficult, if Memory serves me well you Just Need to add water
