Something about the pixel art horror games really does it for me - Yuppie Psycho and House streams were two of my all time favs and I really enjoyed this one too. Something about the graphics leaving more to the imagination makes it more creepy! Glad to experience these games that I wouldn't typically play myself

Im surprised that the Mirror Demon encounters in chapter 1 and 2 arent required (I think the one in chapter 2 actually prevents from getting the best ending since you need bring the doomed child to the confessional) to get the best endings in each chapter since the encounter with it in chapter 3 is required for progression, just feels a bit weird

So the mirror demon in 1 blocks a massive lore note if you don't get it, in 2 you are referencing the worst ending in the game that's incredibly secret and requires 3 unique puzzles to be solved in the game

Many people say that it is faster to kill the boss of the chapters or collect notes. I myself was convinced of this in the first episode, but do you know if this is true in others and does the total number of collected notes from all chapters in marathon mode depend?
