SPONGE SOFT TART SALTY PASQUALINA that is an appetizer at Easter

    Today I propose the TART PASQUALINA, a tart with a soft base, stuffed with the ingredients I like. I think it can be suitable as an appetizer for Easter lunch but also to accompany the aperitif in these days of celebration

    INGREDIENTS for a 24 cm tart:
    for the base:
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    90 ml of seed oil
    100 ml of milk
    50 g of grated cheese
    220 g of flour 00
    10 g of instant yeast for pies
    for the filling:
    150 g philadelphia type cream cheese
    100 g of cooked ham
    artichokes
    pitted black olives
    green olives
    cherry tomatoes
    mozzarella
    rosemary
