❤ Thanks for being humble.
You’re welcome my friend.
Very nice home for a great price! I would live there and use 1 room an office. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in the US for now. - WW
We find our house very cozy. I was using one room as an office; now it’s Leana’s room. 😃 Hope you are not stuck in the U.S. for long. Take care my friend.
Thanks Guys! Makes the dream more achievable! Just need a Filipina with a small family and some time to make it happen. 🎉
You’re welcome our friend.
Haha you can't find a Filipina with small family coz when people hears your Filipina has cash cow, everyone's gonna be family.
Look for an educated Filipina that will be satisfied staying in Pinas and will continue working there.
@kikobaliko19 You just have to do your due diligence when finding your Filipina. Take your time and make sure she is the right one. Very important that you meet her family before you start getting deep in a relationship with a Filipina. Make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. Many expats make a mistake of rushing in and then doing all they can to please their Filipina.
Good points! Best to meet there too in my opinion and in and around the area that is desired!
@@BNE626 Yes; best to meet someone here in the area where you want to stay.
Hello ma’am, Sir 👋
Thank you po, very nice video 🙂
Hello our friend. You’re welcome po. 😃
Hi DAZEL AND GINNO it's Your friend Ray from California, Great Video and information. Really nice House. A 1 bedroom apartment Here in California cost $1400 a month 😳 GOD BLESS YOU BOTH AND YOUR FAMILY TOO 😇🙏😇
Thank you our friend. Housing is what makes retirement affordable in the Philippines. Take care and God bless.
Thats a nice house and a good price to rent. That's great for people starting up in the Philippines.
Yes indeed our friend!
Great price and value!
🙏🙏🙏
👍😎👍
It really a great value; specially in our community!
Very nice! $180+ seems like a good deal. Will the renter have to take care of the yard work or that's included in the the monthly HOA fee? Thanks for showing.
Thank you my friend. I think it's a good deal! We have a quiet and secure community with swimming pool, basketball court, playground, and clubhouse. Security guards that patrol the community 24/7 and CCTV cameras. They have gardeners that cut the grass and trim the trees (part of the monthly HOA fees); but grass here grows so fast with the rain. So, the renter will need to maintain their own yard. That's why I ended up cementing our yard.
@@dazeltv1351 Thanks for the clarification. I think cementing your yard was a good idea. Your development have good amenities included which I think $180/month is a good deal. Not to mention - it's more quiet there and you don't hear the traffic noises. Panalo dyan! :)
@@cadizwilmo9687 You’re welcome. We have lived here for 7 years and really enjoy our community. Great place to live!
The idea of having a CR directly next to where food is being cooked and eaten completely turns me off...I simply cannot wrap my head around the idea. I would love to find out how that became a thing in the Philippines. If not for the CR, I would definitely concur that the price is right. Thanks for sharing.
It’s probably because of space; more homes are being built now with the tiny-house movement in mind. You could easily setup an outdoor kitchen like a lot of Filipinos do.
The Few Problems I have are... HOA! Back here in the States, that means "Home Owning Assholes" Who try and tell you what you Can and Can Not do on Your Property. Can/Can't Have Pets. Can/Can't put stuff in your yard. What kind of vehicle you Can/Can't Drive and and and ... Love to find things to Bitch about...
Second, Not Close to Manila where the VA is Located. Third, IF allowed to have Pets, No Fence for the yard so they have to be on a Chain and Not free to run around.
Those are the Biggest Three.. other than that, I would be all over it... Includes Electric? Internet? Water? How bad are the Power and Internet Outages? How Good is the Water Pressure?
Mail.. How do you receive Mail? Do you need a PO Box? Do they Deliver to your Door? NO One will answer this when I ask on Any Channel and is Vary Important since I Receive Medications Through the Mail..
Our HOA is not intrusive like it is in the U.S. You can put whatever you want on your yard. We are allowed to have pets. That’s why we built a fence because we have two dogs. Does not include electricity, internet, or water. We get at least two scheduled power outage every month in our area. We have good water pressure. We don’t get any mail. On rare occasion that someone sends me mail, it gets delivered to our community guard house. There are no P.O. Boxes in Aklan province that I know. You are probably good where you are at since you can receive mail and close to the VA. Limited services when you live in Aklan province.
@@dazeltv1351 Thanks for answering. Usually my questions get deleted because I ask soo many of them and especially about Mail. Then Banking since my Income is done through the VA and my Bank Account back here.. of how would it be like to have a Account there and Who to trust.... Peace!
@@ravenlorans You’re welcome.
Hey Ginno and Dazel, thanks for sharing. I remember looking in those units when they were still building them. How many models do they have? I can’t recall as this was in 2015. Are there larger lots/units? Thanks folks! Ginno, continue to Aim High brother! Rick
You’re welcome brother. There are at least 8 models now. Yes; there are bigger lots/units. There is actually a 3-bedroom, 2-baths available for rent also. Not sure how much the monthly rent; because for some reason they didn’t post the rent cost. Aim High brother!
😢😢😢😢 I live in Orlando, Florida. I pay 180 dollars every Saturday for my room
I know my friend. Many people have told me it’s getting expensive to live in America.
Damn that's great for a hundred and eighty bucks a month!
It really is! And our community is really nice!
Hi guys, It's an absolute steal at that price for some lucky Ex-pat but sadly it's not us at this time. Take care our friends and we love you all.
I think it’s an absolute steal too! Our community is the nicest I’ve seen in our province of Aklan. No worries my good friend; I know we will have that San Miguel together one of these days! :) Take care our friends. Love you both!
Nice, thanks for this video, good info. I'd live there and love the rent price. I noticed the toilet downstairs. Is there a western style shower in that bathroom?
You’re welcome. Yes; there is a western style shower. Can easily install a portable hot water heater for the shower for $120. We don’t have hot water on ours; never really needed it.
@dazeltv1351 Thank you
@@kevinbarney4256 You're welcome!
It's a good price for a furnished house. Can you do month by month rental?
Yes; you just need one month deposit and one month advance rent.
Please tell your viewers no loud karaoke allowed.
We have strict rules in our community; no loud karaoke allowed after 9pm.
Hello sir I’m coming down there next month and was wondering where can I start looking for long term rental 🙏🏽
Are you headed to Kalibo, Aklan or are looking for housing at Camella Aklan? You can start by joining a Facebook group; Kalibo Aklan House/Apartment for Rent. Email me and let me know exactly what you are looking for; number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms. Your budget for rent. My email: ginno1966@yahoo.com
When I rent that home will you help me carry in my 5000 watt karaoke machine? Are roosters allowed? How many dogs can I have? Can I borrow your tools? See you soon!
Haha...you can have your karaoke; just have to be off after 9pm. :) No roosters allowed in our community. Max allowed per household is two dogs. I’m not much of a tool guy; I have a hammer and a screwdriver that’s about it. :)
Block 8 din po kayo?
Yes po.
@@dazeltv1351 Block 8 Lot 12 po kami.
Hi Gino and Dazel! Hope both of you are well. We’re looking to buy or rent a condo in Roxas City. How far is that from Camella? Also does the kitchen have a sink? Thanks for your great videos. We enjoy them tremendously. ❤️ from 🇨🇦
We are both doing well. Camella Aklan is about 2-hour drive to Roxas City. Our neighbor removed their kitchen sink inside the house and built an outside sink in the back of the house. You’re welcome our friend.
How far is this from Iloilo City, we are looking for a rent, any one that is bungalow style?? Is that closer to hospital??
@@marianeil6630 Camella Aklan is about a 4-hour drive from Iloilo City. Unfortunately, no bungalow style houses at Camella Aklan. There is a brand new medical center that just opened in Kalibo (15 minutes away); Asia Pacific Medical Center. There is also Saint Gabriel Hospital and Panay Hospital in Kalibo.
This would be ideal for my hubby and me. Actually wanting to buy a home in a community like this. Would you know who I would contact for more info? Thanks so much!
@mariegrace4399 Jane A. Obias is a real estate agent I know here at Camella Aklan. Her email is obias.jane14@gmail.com
