Tug of War John Deere 4020 vs Farmall 350

It was a close matchup, but I think the 4020 won. It was hard to get any traction because of the snow, which was part of the purpose so nothing would break. Thanks for watching and Enjoy the video!

Over twice the horsepower for the 4020 I would hope it won. I will say for being 40ish HP vs 100 HP the Farmall held its own quite well. It's all about traction and putting the power to the ground.

Take a farmall 806 and put them side by side. My bet is on the farmall

You would need a 806 vs the 4020. Or better get a 1206.

You need to get equal weight, on that demonstration, to make it believable, put an A John deer 🦌, with that 350, horse power would be similar, 350, at 42, and A, at maybe 38, horse power, equal weight

Growing up in the 70s my neighbor had a farmal he still is using it to this day

I once pulled my D19 gas against an IH 560 gas on blacktop. The 560 was no match for my Allis and his tractor bounced so bad he couldn't get his foot on the clutch as I pulled him backwards. He caused me to bounce too and I couldn't use the hand clutch to stop but I could press the foot clutch to stop. We did this at the end of the day in the parking lot after mechanics class was over at the technical college. The teacher was not impressed. We were young and dumb and didn't think about the chain breaking which could kill a person.

Hey man Allis is seriously underrated.When they ask me about 3 greatest middle size tractors I would say Allis D series,Massey Ferguson 65 and 4020.Those were best ever.
But if we are talking about small tractors I think JD M,Massey TEa and Fe35,Ford N and Allis wd.They were great tractors.

Yeah, the 350 is basically an H. 4020 at the least is closer to a 706.
