Honestly if we want to get into it let’s get into it. Ocean’s 11 is A New Hope, it’s a rehash of very old material but done in a way that’s fresh and modern. Oceans 12 is Empire Strikes Back. It takes what made the original great and ups the ante so high that it feels like the same only done smarter, faster, flashier, and with a cast who knows each other. Oceans 12 is def Return of the Jedi. It’s the weird sequel that doesn’t know exactly what it’s doing but manages to be charming though a bit strange.
The line where he says, "I know all the ppl you'd send after me and they like me more then you" that's what true loyalty and respect can do for you in a life like the one they live
Also the last one "you shook Sinatra's hand" could kinda mean his reputation is already lost even between his shady contacts. He is set for a complete downfall maybe?

Reminds me of the first film where the big bouncer who was supposed to spend the night beating Danny up let him escape thru the vents and just waited until he got back.
Of all three movies this is the one I don't watch as often but the interactions between Al Pacino and George Clooney carried the movie. Watching Willy Bank lose everything was really satisfying.

"My diamonds..." A small line, but it's such a contrast to how he delivered his line just a couple minutes ago. In the beginning, his voice was low, tough-sounding and menacing, threatening Danny...then Danny beat him down to a defeated child. Then he looks up and his voice is surprised and slightly higher-pitched...he knew he was had. He did it: Danny broke Bank.
and it highlights the difference between banks and benedict from the 1st movie. benedict might be a cold ruthless boss, but he's still friendly enough with his staff to know their names and personal lives, they'd never betray them like how the crew turned bank's people against him

And if it ever got out that Willie did that, it would make what happened seem like child's play because Willie's name would be absolute dog shit, and nobody would want to deal with him.
I love the visual symbolism in this scene. Willy Bank is illuminated by red light while Danny Ocean is lit more normally, establishing that Bank is financially ruined, or “in the red.” When Bank looks up to see the helicopter taking away his Five Diamond Awards and says, “my diamonds,” his face is practically bathed in red.

The only part of this movie that didn't make sense was how no one could get into the room with the diamonds , like they broke into Terry's vault , the french guy literally climbed into the museum with no rope and dodged a laser field , they broke into that one guys house but somehow this one room with glass windows guarded by a 50 year old woman was the impossible job ? Like they even showed us the cleaning lady you're telling me rusty couldn't get her to let them in ?

much like the problem with oceans 11, you can rob a man of 150 million dollars but how are you supposed to walk out of there without getting stopped? there are so many layers of protection before you get to the diamonds that you'd trigger something getting out, especially considering the fact that no floor plans of the place can be accurate because bank hired and fired 10 architects just to say he designed it himself and there's no way of knowing which plans were used during which part of the build because he kept firing and hiring so many new people.
$500M out the door in 3 minutes? Nah, the whole crew is getting super-murdered ASAP. Everyone that they know, too. The casino hit was too big. Andy Garcia's evil badguy wanted them all clipped for far less.

He probably has a huge construction loan maturing that he was planning on refinancing but it's probably much harder now that his cash flow projections are shit and he has no equity to put into the refi. The loan matures, lender forecloses and probably auctions the hotel off to another hotel operator.
In the scene where Danny is describing Bank’s new casino; Danny explains that Bank has to make $500 million in the first quarter in order to stay open, otherwise he would have to turn control of the casino over to the Nevada Gaming Commission

We saw Danny being allowed to run loose by one of Terry Benedict's casino goons who pretended to work him over, back in Ocean's 11.
