Wow, I'm jealous of all those great trees you have. You said you're in orlando, I live in clermont. Great to see you growing jackfruit trees and plantains. I didn't know those grew this far north oh and coconut palms. Those are three that I really want to grow up here. Great video.. thanks.
The Ginep tree is going to be huge. You may need to move it further from the house so that the roots don't damage your foundation. Great food forest! Thanks for the tour.
Oh, my gosh look at you with all those mango trees. My lawn guy is my husband so far he only ran over a cantaloupe patch. Would love a Sweet Sop next. I have a Soursop. Mahachanook is such a yummy Mango. Most of them are, lovely garden, wish we were closer to Central. I got rid of two trees due to lack of space. Tropical Almond, and Jamaican cherry/Strawberry tree. My lychee needs help. So want the red Jaboticaba, I have a Sabra getting ready to fruit. You were not kidding you have a lovely farm!
I don’t like Papaya, and have cut down most of the trees due to dealing with the Papaya fruit fly. You look so familiar I don’t know why. Such a great variety and make me wish I had more land. Keep thinking we might move so I am afraid to put my trees in the ground. You have so many on my wish list. Iguanas are eating my passion vine, old one ripped out by the neighbors lawn guy.
Trinidad here 😊 Pommerac (or wax apple) seems to mostly be known as the Malay apple or Otaheite apple. The Trini Rookmin Red variety is my favourite - huge, crisp, and that deep red/purple skin makes it super sweet. Great garden tour BTW. How you keep all the names and varieties of trees straight I will never know!
Love your video, I"ve been binge watching a few of them. Just moved to lakeland 2 months ago and started planting a food forrest. Do your lychees fruit? My fruit expert guy told me they don't do well in my area I think because of the cold. He also said the strawberry tree is very cold sensitive
Thanks for sharing Sir...are you close to Brevard County? If you are then I am sure my wife and I can try to get some of those miniature mangoes in the ground. Blessings!
Awesome food forest, how many years in are you? You might want to consider moving that guinep/genip tree away from your house, they can get very large and tree roots can damage the foundation. I'm just starting my food forest, yours is close to what I want to do
I’m not a fan of ripe papaya either. Have you tried using it green and crunchy like in a Thai papaya salad? I’ve been wanting to try that to see if I like it then
INCREDIBLY HEAVENLY GARDEN 🤩🤩🤩 amazing how can you remember all the names 😳👍🏻

They fruit well in central Florida. They are one of my least cold sensitive trees.
Strawberry trees are a little more cold sensitive. But once established they do well
