DAILY Training POST SemiFinals -A: AB/Burpee/Lunge; B: Ring Muscle Ups & Running - good day!!

  • Here my first day back at CrossFit after all the SemiFinals work last week. My body was pretty beat up after last weekend (as I did every workout twice with significant intensity!). So, took it easy this week and just now (Saturday) getting back into some CrossFit. Felt great!
    Part 1 (not in video):
    For time, 21-15-9 of:
    Assault Bike Calories
    Burpees to the Pullup bar (4-5" target above reach)
    Single Arm Overhead Walking Lunge (50lb dumbell)
    Part 2 is 6 rounds for time:
    5 ring muscle ups
    400m run
