I love Masala chai! I've been experimenting by adding different florals and even cacao nibs to mine to give some additional medicinal properties. I love Masala chai! The chai in the stores are so weak so I decided to stop buying them. I don't want a "hint" of spice, I want actual spice. I like adding black pepper or ceyenne to make it have a spicy kick to it. I just wish cardamom isn't so pricey. Its one of my favorite spices and I rarely get to have it.
