Thanks for the video! Took me 3 times to get this right. My advice: - move ballast to the centre (the car massively understeers with all that ballast in the front). You'll need to tweak areo to get the pp under 600. - fuel map 1 for first 9 laps (I got pole position in 7th lap) - fuel map 3 in 10th lap - fuel map 6 in last two laps - short shift in last lap. I'll be playing around with the fuel to perfect it. Might be able to stay in 1 with more short shifting. But the change in ballast to the centre was a game changer. The ballast in the front was extremely frustrating.

The only bad thing about this rack is if the AI touch you or you touch them you lose the clean race bonus. The race at Sarthe, (700PP) is a much better track for the same amount of money and just a few minutes longer.

HOW. I had it set to 2 on the map until the last 2-3 laps, and then somehow ATE more than a quarter of a tank and had to coast into 9th for the last 1/3 of the final lap.
still a fun build even after update 1.49 just wish the npcs would race clean the red r35 shunted me on lap 11 when i had p2 and ended up making me fall back to p4 wasnt able to gain a higher position after it
Pleased it helped - 4wd are naturally a bit understeery in the wet - my advice is to brake early and let the car coast through the corners and ease on the power when you feel the grip - much smoother and quicker 👌

I just started really getting into gt7 so it’s unfortunate videos like these are messed up by the new update. Good video though bro would love to see an updated money grind video when you can!
The PP might need adjusting slightly after the update but should still drive nice. Also Gallo in the Blue NSX is very quick now but has to pit twice so don't worry about him even though he will streak away at the start of race 👍

I race Sadegna often but I wouldn't say it's more fun than this track. Spa 24 hr is the most interesting grind available in my opinion due to track, day/night cycle and weather.
Just found your channel and loving your work, thank you so much for sharing. I'm having trouble on this build though, with your settings i get 607.22pp to get under 600 i've had to drop power to 94 and increase ballast to 149 any ideas why?
Many thanks much appreciated. Yes this video was before the 1.49 update which adjusted the PP points in the game so it will need adjusting slightly to get back down to 600pp. I've done quite a few current 600pp tunes that don't need adjusting since 👍
I tried this method but I gotta say the Le Mans method is still better. You need the Clean Race Bonus for this to work, and Tokyo is such a tight course, it's virtually impossible to be fast AND avoid hitting the other cars AND hitting any walls. Le Mans is much wider, has no walls to worry about, and yes while you need to make pit stops it's not rocket science. You can still finish minutes ahead of everyone else with good fuel/tyre strategy.
@@KCR-Mark I hear ya. But the commenter has a good point, if not quite directly stated - grind races need to deliver reliably, or you'll waste too much time. The LM700 race seems remarkably tolerant of errors, there's a lot of viable car options (beyond the obvious Gr4 choices) that only need tyres and very minimal tuning/detuning, eg. RA272, A220, 911 RSR, the older GT500 cars, Ford GT40 mk4 (appropriate!), Bvlgari VGT etc. I'll try your method recommended here though for some variety 🙂 Cheers
This is much harder then other methods out there. Need to drive well and it's easy to lose clean race bonus. Is a method out there where I am literally minutes ahead of other racers.
Really no different to the old Sardegna grind (yes you have to pit stop but it's an easy race to win regardless and nets 727,500 in around 25 minutes plus the huge upside which is it's almost impossible to lose the clean race bonus). Nothing wrong with a change and nothing wrong with this video per se, but try and at least bring something new to the party if u want to stand out from the 10,000 other GT7 UA-camrs who have similar "easy money method" videos.
(1.47 update) Tricky but fun. Clean race bonus is the difficult part. Car is heavy to steer but after some practice you'll get the hang of it. Which skin is this?
Do you mean online races ? If so the BOP can't be changed but suspension settings are allowed for some races. The tune depends on what car you are using in this case 👍
Didn’t work for me if transmission is set to auto on fuel setting 1. Ran out of fuel in lap 12. It did work on fuel setting 2, but had to run last lap on fuel setting 3 with automatic transmission.

I also use Automatic because of a slight disability, that makes it hard to drive Manual properly even using a wheel changing gears, but I am fast using Automatic. I did the nearly the same as @Mikeb1093 Fuel Map 2, and the last lap Fuel Map 3. I got just over minute longer than your time KCR-Mark, as long as you win the race 🙂. I will try this race again because I love the Huracan Gr.4, and once again thank you.

Its a 12 Lap race so 1/4 of a tank of fuel every 3 laps is right for no stop race. Remember the AI all have to pit so you can afford to be 20seconds behind and still win 👍
Lovely strategy and it works well, however at lap 11 my front left tyre is fully worn out to the point where there is no white on the tyre symbols. What is causing this? Could it be stick drift?
I subbed up. I have had the game since launch! Ive been a Gran Turismo fan since the FIRST game, I beat Gran Turismo 3 to damn near completion. I got all the Formula Cars I wanted (senna was the only one that mattered ) im stuck on menu book 40 and havent beaten any of them past it but Jimny last week (got tired of looking at it) I'm only lvl 42 and Im doing my circuit experience to grind levels. Any advice?
this is about the same as the Gr. 4 race at Le Mans, right? fwiw i've done this race a number of times with a stock Lamborghini Diablo GT... it works quite nicely, and is pretty fun. it's a good challenge, as it doesn't handle quite as well as the Hurrican GT4 does (it's not a no-stop by any means either). thanks for the video!

Pretty sure you can just put SH on a stock gr4 lambo and win with no pit. Takes a little longer as it's not as quick as this tune but for simplicity it's a winner
another great way to make money the problem is we shouldn't have to do this. Everyone knows why GT seven is a grind why there's so many ways to try to get money so we can own the cars we want. I finish the game in three days on my second PlayStationand now it seems as if there's nothing to do but grind and for me that's called work
I love the strategy but I have a small issue my PP is not going under 607.24 and the race is 600 or less. I mean I followed every step as you said do you have any idea for such an issue
Yeah the latest update today will have messed with the PP level slightly - I plan on updating tunes in a future video. Just add bit more ballast to adjust for now 👍
You must have meant this set up is for good drivers. I am a below average racer and finished dead last. Guess i have to find a set up for below average drivers.
It’s been a bit of a challenge for me as well. It comes down to my ability and learning how the car is going to handle. I’m getting better each run, and do great when the track dries up a bit. I’ll always have Le Mans for cash, but this is a good break and a challenge!
Doesn't really work anymore, almost ran out of fuel, had to change engine mapping to 6 half way through. First place did 2.09m laps, I was 10 seconds slower. Plus, with your tune, the lambo had 609 PP. GT must have changed things...

Just have the fuel mix screen up to track how many laps left of fuel - adjust mic if you need to or short shift / lift off throttle early into corners 👌
@@KCR-Mark Hey Mark I just tested the Lamborghini Huracan Gr4 tune after update 1.50, the only difference it is slow now on Sport Hard tyres. I use a wheel and Manual and short shift, and I never pitted but I only come 6 seconds behind the Leader. I notice down the straigh with a lap to got that the Leader just pulled away frome me, and there is noway I could catch him on them Sport Hard tyres. I will try this again soon but I notice you use Countersteering Assistance but I only use Traction Control 1. Why do use Countersteering Assistance ?. Chris.
@CharlieBravoHotel Thanks Chris - yeah the AI are quite a bit faster after the update. I'm planning on revisiting this tune for an upcoming video. I use a bit of counter steer assist because I have a crappy wheel and it seems to help a bit not 100% sure it actually does much to be honest !! 👍
@@KCR-Mark Mark I may leave the suspension alone because the handling is very good, it is the weight or the gearing I think needs to be look at. I let you know if I can improve the car speed because this is a good car on Sport Hard tyres for this track.
@@KCR-Mark Mark I won easy just now I using Top Speed at 330 using Fully Customisable: Manual which makes the PP lower, and the gears all matched using Fully Customisable: Manual. Output Adjustment 100 Ballast 101 Ballast Positiong -46 Power Restrictor the same at 100 With the above changes I get more power at 543 BHP, so I am very happy with these changes, and the Al are not that fast Mark.

For me this car is actually trash it literally doesn’t give me any straight line speed and it also does turn at all I have been trying for like two hours by now and it literally doesn’t turn and it leaves me off last by 46 seconds :( Edit: I just solved my straight line problem but still the car does not go 1 turn before going straight to the wall Edit: no the car is still 100 times slower than the other cars

This is the 3rd build I've followed for this track in 2 days, 2.5 million credits and still no win. + by the 3rd lap I'm 30 seconds behind the leader. Started playing 2 weeks ago, level 40, the only one I can't pass is this and the last book super sports. This one is pure crap, all the builds I follow never see the leader???? + the exact build was over 600.

Ha, I actually need to be able to drive for this to work… I tried 3 times and the best I got was 5th because idk how to drive well on wet tracks
It's only wet for first 2 laps - try lowering the AI difficultly it doesn't affect the money at all 👍

Yeah auto is not good for fuel saving - you need to be able to short shift really

Strange, it doesn’t work for me. After 3 rounds, I barely can keep up with the top and 1/4 of tank already gone. Sardegna works for me better.

Thank you. The circuit experience is the right thing to do for credits and to build consistency in driving.

I'm getting 2,100,000 per hour on Tokyo 600 despite doing a pitstop.

I'm on Hard difficultly but the the Payout is the same on any level 👍
Easy, medium or hard difficulty? I got smoked on hard and give up. Hopefully I get a response by the time I wake up.
I play on hard difficultly but changing to easy or medium won't affect your pay out 👍
I found the car slow. Lap three I was in last position. Video was decent but I’ll try a different car.

Pretty sure you can just put SH on a stock gr4 lambo and win with no pit. Takes a little longer as it's not as quick as this tune but for simplicity it's a winner

Only ways to loose it are hitting the AI cars or cutting / running wide on the hairpin before the main straight

tried that in 1.50 and scored 4th in the 11th lap when I ran out of fuel. Just a noob problem or did this car get nerfed?
Don't think it's been nerfed , if you're using auto transmission you won't be able to short shift so may need higher fuel map to get fuel to last
another great way to make money the problem is we shouldn't have to do this. Everyone knows why GT seven is a grind why there's so many ways to try to get money so we can own the cars we want. I finish the game in three days on my second PlayStationand now it seems as if there's nothing to do but grind and for me that's called work

I love the strategy but I have a small issue my PP is not going under 607.24 and the race is 600 or less. I mean I followed every step as you said do you have any idea for such an issue
Yeah the latest update today will have messed with the PP level slightly - I plan on updating tunes in a future video. Just add bit more ballast to adjust for now 👍
You must have meant this set up is for good drivers. I am a below average racer and finished dead last. Guess i have to find a set up for below average drivers.
If you're struggling you can set the AI difficultly to EASY and won't affect your prize money
It’s been a bit of a challenge for me as well. It comes down to my ability and learning how the car is going to handle. I’m getting better each run, and do great when the track dries up a bit. I’ll always have Le Mans for cash, but this is a good break and a challenge!
Doesn't really work anymore, almost ran out of fuel, had to change engine mapping to 6 half way through. First place did 2.09m laps, I was 10 seconds slower. Plus, with your tune, the lambo had 609 PP. GT must have changed things...
This tune was build before the 1.49 update so the PP has changed. Just add a bit of ballast to adjust the PP to requited amount everything else will still work fine 👍

I got out of fuel for last lap. Ive over year without playing GT7, did I do anything wrong?
Just have the fuel mix screen up to track how many laps left of fuel - adjust mic if you need to or short shift / lift off throttle early into corners 👌

Yes I cant see why not - no fuel usage on that series so should be a weapon

@@KCR-Mark Hey Mark I just tested the Lamborghini Huracan Gr4 tune after update 1.50, the only difference it is slow now on Sport Hard tyres. I use a wheel and Manual and short shift, and I never pitted but I only come 6 seconds behind the Leader.
I notice down the straigh with a lap to got that the Leader just pulled away frome me, and there is noway I could catch him on them Sport Hard tyres. I will try this again soon but I notice you use Countersteering Assistance but I only use Traction Control 1. Why do use Countersteering Assistance ?.

@CharlieBravoHotel Thanks Chris - yeah the AI are quite a bit faster after the update. I'm planning on revisiting this tune for an upcoming video. I use a bit of counter steer assist because I have a crappy wheel and it seems to help a bit not 100% sure it actually does much to be honest !! 👍
@@KCR-Mark Mark I may leave the suspension alone because the handling is very good, it is the weight or the gearing I think needs to be look at. I let you know if I can improve the car speed because this is a good car on Sport Hard tyres for this track.
@@KCR-Mark Mark I won easy just now I using Top Speed at 330 using Fully Customisable: Manual which makes the PP lower, and the gears all matched using Fully Customisable: Manual.

With the above changes I get more power at 543 BHP, so I am very happy with these changes, and the Al are not that fast Mark.

That's the standard weight for the Gr.4 car - have you got the correct car ??
For me this car is actually trash it literally doesn’t give me any straight line speed and it also does turn at all I have been trying for like two hours by now and it literally doesn’t turn and it leaves me off last by 46 seconds :(
Edit: I just solved my straight line problem but still the car does not go 1 turn before going straight to the wall
Edit: no the car is still 100 times slower than the other cars

This is the 3rd build I've followed for this track in 2 days, 2.5 million credits and still no win. + by the 3rd lap I'm 30 seconds behind the leader. Started playing 2 weeks ago, level 40, the only one I can't pass is this and the last book super sports. This one is pure crap, all the builds I follow never see the leader????
