- Been down to Key West in a car a few times and never thought about how the wind would feel on a motorcycle... few times on the 7 Mile Bridge I felt like I was going to be picked up and tossed in the ocean.. As a short female on a bit too tall of a Harley, I think I handled it pretty well.. Hope you decide to take a motorcycle ride down there, had a great time in Key West.

Should have shown the speedometer start to finish going over the 7 mile bridge, cause it's truly 7 miles long. Not like the 18 mile stretch from Ford City to Key Lango is longer then 18 miles.
I think I read that it’s really around 6.79 miles.

Hello , great video i did this same ride to the keys a few years ago with some friends we left the myrtle beach area and rode all the way down it was a great trip it rained the whole time we were on the 7 mile bridge but it was still a great trip thanks for sharing yours it brought back many memories stay safe
I’m so glad you did this ride. The 2 time we did the bridge, it started raining on us a bit… dark cloud overhead. I thought we were going to get pouring but it stopped. I love the Keys!!
GREAT VIDEO! Florida is a nice place to visit. Until now, the eeriest thing I've been across was the Lake Ponchartrain Bridge in Louisiana.That bridge was the scariest thing i've ever been on because it is so close to the water's surface. This 7 mile bridge is just as eerie because, just like Lake Ponchartrain, all you see is water. No land for miles!

Yes, the bridge was quite eerie… the wind blowing and the gust made me a bit fearful. I stayed close to the middle so I didn’t blow over… lol. Thank you for your kind words!! ❤️
