Hey Guy, so delighted that you've managed to find the time and strength to come back to YT and give us some fantastic reviews again. I'm a long time follower of the channel and you're the reason I bought my Omega PO39mm. Hope you can stick around now and best wishes for your future. You were very missed in the watch space ❤
I have this watch in the Pepsi and it's a great watch. Love the fit and the size, it is a little bit thick but still goes under a cuff just fine, I have the bracelet and although I like the bracelet. I have had a couple minor issues with the screws, weirdly. Vaer quickly replaced the first bracelet, so overall I've been very happy with this watch
Thanks for taking a look at this watch, because I don't understand why Vaer is not talked about more in the community. I do wish I could have seen the 20 layers of lume in action, but I'll take your word for it. I could live without an open case back on such a rudimentary looking movement, but it's not a big deal. I love that the straps and bracelet are quick release. That's definitely something that puts a watch ahead of competition in my mind these days. I definitely change straps more frequently on watches with that feature. I would not want a 24 click bezel, specifically because there are some partial time zones out there. I don't know if 120 is the answer, but at least 48 would be nice. I don't know if you've checked out the Jack Mason Strat-o-timer, but I see that as serious competition for the under $1K GMT segment. I went to an event they held recently and they've even made some slight improvements based on feedback from the initial run. I love seeing a brand take that stuff seriously and continue to refine their watches.
I think people ding Vaer probably a little because of design. I personally feel although they take design cues from multiple watches they're not homages. The stratotimer is definitely a comp to this Vaer. It's a good looking one too.
Sorry my camera can't really capture the lume video it doesn't have great low light capability. I'm trying to find a solution to that but it's not something super high on my priority list right now. I will check out that Jack Mason thanks for the suggestion.

@@JustBlueFish Understood and no worries on the lume thing. Getting to see a review on a watch not reviewed much is more important.
Love that your back and wow great review. I forget about Vaer and keep up the good work.
Thank you!
Love the Les Paul, skateboard decks, and records. No Faith No More? Oh, cool watch too.
I don’t own any faith no more vinyl. I should remedy that good suggestion.
Hi I don’t understand how you never mention if the watch is a true or a callerGMT. Imho it’s the 1st thing to say in a review like this. Take care
9075 miyota sort of tells you everything, unless you've never seen watches with it I suppose.
Hi noob here. What is GMT??
